Greetings sisters [puts flowers in hair]

Bring your very best woo & let's see if we can magick up a few baybees (insta-differs not allowed).

New recruits are required to locate the BESH spell aka the BESHtionnaire and submit for further scrutiny.

I'm aching. Did my last long run before the half marathon this morning, 2 hours. Feeling quite pleased with myself. Made a huge cottage pie this afternoon which was beaut. I had 2 portions & an ice cream. Still hungry though.

Euro I used to live in The Hague. By the time I left I was a fan of chips & mayo. And bikes. And this tiny cafe that made the greatest coffees.
Bugs there's some Amazing bath oil that Aromatherapy Associates do. It Solves Everything.
Rie when is your next appointment my love?

HaveALittleFaith · 02/09/2012 21:56

Good work jethro! When is said half marathon? Mmm cottage pie. Used to be a staple in our diet but MSB was ill after corn beef hash and has been put off anything like it ever since :(

Northey · 02/09/2012 23:38

That sounds to me like the perfect reason to have a tragic fit of forgetfulness, make it, and have to eat it all yourself, faith.

You iz so fit, jethy.

euro, my work trip food nightmare was to Germany in the middle of bloody spargelfest. Asparagus EVERYWHERE on EVERY menu. When I saw asparagus creme brûlée in the pudding section I knew I could take no more.

JethroTull · 03/09/2012 06:53

Asparagus Creme Brûlée??

Anyone got any tips for training a puppy to go on the lead please?

It's Monday today which means our IVF appointment is This Week Grin

DolomitesDonkey · 03/09/2012 06:57

jethro I've got to take clients out next week in the Hague. Any resto recommendations? I am tempted with schevingen if the weather is good, actually probably there anyway as we're staying at the beach. Any top tips?

DolomitesDonkey · 03/09/2012 06:57

Ps bloody good luck with your appointment!

Northey · 03/09/2012 07:04

Eekerama, jeth! Good luck with it.

I have started oozing brown gunk. What does it meeeeean? I can't remember what it used to mean. It can't be pre-droid, as my hcg hasn't gone to zero yet, and I only had the womb-lining clearout ten days ago. And surely it can't be ovulation, for the same hcg-related reason. Do I just have a minging fanjo?

HaveALittleFaith · 03/09/2012 08:39

Glad it's rolled round for you jethro! How you feeling?

norf I'm not sure. Keep an eye on it..might just be more clear out as the hormones levels drop?

I'm tired. Very tired!

JethroTull · 03/09/2012 13:33

Dols I lived there when I was a student which was a long time ago! I loved Schevingen though, used to go on the tram & go to this lovely cafe in a place with a dome for tea & cake.

Norf before I had the needles I used to get brown gunk 2 days after I though the droid had gone. Like Faith said it could just be a 'clear out' but you should get checked out if it lasts too much longer.

I'm excited about the clinic. It's taken so long to get where we are I just want to get on with the drugs!!

FizzyFeet · 03/09/2012 18:56

Evening all. Tis really summery here!

Good skills on the running, jethro. And on the drunkenness, bugs! I have been for a weekend away with friends, where I got properly drunk for the first time in aaaaaages. I now feel considerably better as a result! That and the 9 hours of sleep each night, mmmmmm.....

Are you still trapped at work, euro? And has the brown gunk cleared up, norf?

FrankelSaysRelax · 03/09/2012 19:01

Final colleague told, not quite so many tears this time. In true keeping with this thread theme, she told me I should see her reflexologist. Said colleague is a definite lentil weaver: refuses to go to the Dr when ill, preferring herbally things until it gets so bad she has no choice but to see her GP.

Hope the appointment goes well Jethro

Congratulations fizzy, sounds like you've really blown off steam!

Well done frankers for getting it out there and not crying too much! Luffing your woo colleague. I always feel fab after reflexology. Always a but surprised with what they can tell from your feet.

FizzyFeet · 04/09/2012 21:03

Halloooooooo....

Where is everyone?

FrankelSaysRelax · 04/09/2012 21:06

It's bloody cold enough for hats I tell you!

I'm here, trying and failing to cut back on my MNetting. Trying to minimise the Menkul.

How are all our differs doing?

HaveALittleFaith · 04/09/2012 21:19

Hello all.

I'm tired. I need to have more words with MSB about helping round the house. I'm too proud stupid to ask a lot of the time. Tonight he's 'cooked dinner', actually reheated the spag Bol I cooked and froze last week. Now he seems to think he's done for the night and buggared off to play on the ps3! He doesn't seem to register that his sandwiches get made, his clothes get washed, the house gets cleaned....?! Hormonal rant over. I will talk to him....after I've slept!

FizzyFeet · 04/09/2012 21:28

faith, it sounds like early bedtime and a rant reasoned discussion are your best bets. How are you doing apart from tiredness? Not too queasy I hope.

frankel it's weirdly warm here! Though starting to feel very autumnal. I know what you mean about the menkul. Had another needles session tonight - her explanation for the random spotting was that I needed more work on my kidney energy. Hum. GFBW and I have made an agreement that we will carry on ttc and acu until january, then go back to GP and ask about a referral. Feels good to have put an end date on it, somehow.

HaveALittleFaith · 04/09/2012 22:24

Too late :( he asked me if I was ok! We had a rather terse not quite argument and have agreed to me asking for help more rather than 'being the martyr' his words but he's also going to ask if I need help. The nausea comes and goes actually. Generally not too bad unless there's strong smells but did randomly vomit yesterday afternoon out of the blue!

fizzy I found having targets helpful too. Goodness knows what a needles lady would say about my body?!

blonderthanred · 04/09/2012 22:44

Hello all, sorry I haven't popped in sooner on this thread, hope you are all ok and enjoying your dabble into wooage...

FriendofDorothy · 04/09/2012 22:52

Faith I have found writing a list of things that need doing around the house very helpful. The Mister has now got to the point where he asks me 'have you got anything for my list today?'.

JethroTull · 05/09/2012 07:30

Faith I usually give SSG a choice so 'we need to mop the floors and do the dishwasher, which one do you want to do?'. It works!

Open evening tonight at the FC.

FrankelSaysRelax · 05/09/2012 08:12

We don't have much of a routine domestically. With HWHNN being away during the week pretty much everything falls to me Hmm

We're both on the slovenly end of the spectrum though Blush

JethroTull · 05/09/2012 09:44

I am OCD about cleanliness. It must drive everyone mad!

Northey · 05/09/2012 11:35

I had just got AMNH into bearable shape when we had to start living apart again. We have both reverted to type - me cleaning merrily and him leaving washing up for 3 days, pants on the floor for a week, papers and crap all over the house. Hmmm.

Very excited about FC visit for you tonight, jethro.

HaveALittleFaith · 05/09/2012 13:06

I think I will point out what needs doing. Trouble is sometimes I ask like hoovering and he agrees but it's over a week before he gets to it! I blame the wonders of modern technology - between the football manager, stuff on the iplayer and sky sports....I'll get him to reprioritise his time. We're both a bit sloppy and could do better but I've tried hard in recent months and he....needs to try more! :)
