Time to move over ladies. Would love to start this thread by announcing my BFP but unfortunately I can't because we all talk too much to get to test date!

All going for gold medals in baby-making and bound to get there soon, aren't we???

I've got my Clearblue test holder and tealight holder permanently on the side in the bathroom to remind me what I'm doing.

Weirdly, H2B hasn't queried what I'm doing or why. Or even why I'm hoarding wee in the fridge! Most amusing.

Ack! Temperature low again this morning, so I think I didn't ovulate after all and that probably means no ovulation this cycle, but waiting it out for new cycle to begin :(

think I should move my BFP due date to Sep 15th thanks to my 2nd AF of the month :( (even though it was only a couple of days long?!!).

Oh Tal I feel for you. I know how frustrating temping is! I gave up after 3 weeks. Pathetic attempt but I just could not handle the stress of monitoring alongside the OpK sticks.

Thanks Newbie! I hadn't realised how frustrating it would be to be temping while TTC. I was doing it to avoid before and it was interesting/exciting but now it's almost like a mini BFN every morning.

33 was it heavy? Maybe there's a chance of implantation bleeding? ever the optimist

Tal I know, it's like we cling on to any bit of hope and to have up and down results or a flat line that shows nothing is just soul destroying really. I much prefer a blank smiley face on the digi stick, can handle that better.

I don't understand what's going on with me. I'm still not experiencing any bloating or twinges like the previous months. I am praying that the doctor gives me something to start AF, I just want to be normal again :(

Lurking as bored at work again and wanted to say hope all OK newbie. I did stalk you a couple of days ago to see if you'd phoned for the results but then read that you'd been asked to go in. Fx.

Right, I'm home. Sorry had to stop at supermarket to get lunch for in-laws visit inspection. So, like you wise ladies said it was nothing to worry about. All results have come back normal. GP said she didn't know why reception had panicked me and concluded they must of not understood results so got me to make an appt. The progesterone results show that at the time I was either egg making or shredding (obviously not shredding!!) so going by the last two cycles we would guess that I was egg making as I am due to have a smiley face in the next few days (possibly tomorrow). Dr said that if I want to check if I have ovulated then I would need to have another blood test 7 days after I get a smiley face (thought you girls might be interested in that). Here is the off part. Dr said that she was told by someone working in a fertility clinic that they advice you don't have sex 5 days prior to smiley face (LH surge) and then as soon as you get smiley face DTD Every day for 5-7 days. This advice goes against everything I've read and especially clear blue evidence! Don't know who to believe but I said I would give it a go (have not DTD this week anyway due to DH being a stress head with the move so this plan works well for me for now). So there we go. I can sit down and relax until the inspection anyway

Nicola out of interest what part of your cycle will you be in when you see your doctor? Wondering wether your timing will work if you have blood test.

Interesting advice on DTD every day for 5-7 days....I'm seriously thinking of investing in a smiley-faces kit now.

I'm due on / my BFP on the day I go, so not exactly the right timing.

Very confused about the DTD advice. No bloody way I'll do it every day for that long. I got left alone in bed for an elephant programme last night.

OV'd Aug 1st (i think due to CM and randiness)
DTD Aug 4th
AF Aug 8th (painful and moodiness and lasted 3 days)
DTD Aug 16th
No OV (according to OPK)
DTD Aug 19th in the morning
AF Later that day (no pain, no moodiness, only lasted 2 days and been bloated for about a week now).
