Hi I'm just wondering how long after people have started bleeding do you normal get a negative hpt?

Hi kitty - not really sure I can help but I recognised you & wanted to bump in case someone else can. Sure it's AF and not just a light 'fake' bleed (sometimes happens when period is due but isn't the lining shed). Are you still getting a + hpt reading?

It's definatly not af like yet but feel its too much to be good, can't be implantation as after bfp was just really dark brown yesterday but abit redder today. Still getting bfp but so so faint, i still feel sick but wondering if im just imagining that or its left over? to be honist the whole of this cycle has been strange so no idea what's going on, I just feel I have to try and face the reality of the situation rather then cling on to the maybe 1% that have had a bleed this early and it be ok, thanks for shout put though, how are you getting on? X

Oh kitty that's crap, sorry to hear it. Has the line got more faint and was af on time or could it still be quite early days post ov? Possibly best to wait it out - see what tomorrow brings.

The Emma cannon book I read (baby making bible) talks of preparing your body - getting every part of you in the best possible state for your baby to be. That helped me all those disappointing months ttc DS as it was a sort of project. Having said that, like you, we conceived over Christmas/new year having fallen off the wagon! There is no easy way is there - but I really hope it happens again for you soon.

I'm ok thanks. Still not counting any chickens till 12 week scan is over & news is good - but am shattered, fat & full constantly so it certainly feels normal!

Like I said this month I've no idea what's been going on
Got bfn till cd37 in a usual 25-32 cycle, very faint bfp on 38,39 didn't really get darker and was on a frer so literally must have only been although never been that late before like ever! Waited til tue cd41 no idea of ov but last date dtd was cd22! did digi and got pregnant 1-2 then started the bleeding 30 mins later, not done another digi or frer as i didn't really want to waste more money on what seemed a hopeless cause so just did a pound shop cheepie which is super faint!
Weirdest thing is for both last pregnancies had no symptoms but for a good week before bfp maybe even longer had symptoms and terrible sickness on the Monday before digi, so it's been difficult to know what's been going on or what to compare it too

Hi kitty, sorry you are still in limbo this month. With my chem pregs the hcg had to leave my system completely before I started bleeding. Was really distressing, I knew there was no hope but af refused to turn up for a few days.

Morning kitty. How are things this morning? I don't think the long cycle is beyond the realms of possibility (mine were often 35 days) but the faint lines are suspect in addition to bleeding. Maybe invest on first response & try again tomorrow - if you can wait and no more bleeding. Are you still on mat leave with dd or can you take a day off to rest up?

Sorry you're having a tough time. Good luck with it all and give that scrummy girl a cuddle to make you feel better :) Is she cruising/walking yet? DS pulling himself up on anything (esp if not stable) but no steps yet.

Feel ok today, just wish I knew one way it the other what was happening, I woke up in the night with tummy ache but thus morning there is still only a very small brown stain, there is only ( sorry tmi) any reding colour when I wipe or have a feel.... Was checking cervix but not sure it's helping really have a doctors appointment this morning though
Dd has been cruising for a month she can pull herself up on anything even windows ?! No steps on her own of anything as shes too quick at crawling, she only cruises to get things she shouldn't!!
She's a great tonic it's hard not to smile around her x

Oh and back at work but went the doctors on tue and he has signed me off for a week, I won't use it all but it's nice for the option, I have done another frer, I've litteralky pissed on £30 this month
And it has a line, darker then the weekend but not sure if it's dark enough for 4 days later??

kitty a darker line is a good sign - mine got fainter and the bleeding I had was heavy red blood for 2 days. I am feeling positive for you. I think you might just have some old blood coming out. If the line has gotten darker that is def a good thing.

I had pregnancy symptoms - felt retchy, headache, tired and boobs were tingly until the day AF arrived in full flow. Then these symptoms disappeared as hcg left the body.

Thank you red, I have still felt sick in the evenings the last 2 days, not as bad as Monday but if the hormone is still in my body however much then it's not really a reliable indicator is it, I keep hoping but at the same time bloods rarely a good sign is it, I could be having a failing pregnancy but body doesnt want to let go?!
Ahhh I dont bloody know, if the blood was just brown I'd feel better but there is a dark red blood aswell and it's an imbetween, not as heavy as a period but not just abit of spotting, its been three days aswell!! I guess I'll wait and see what the doctor says, the bad thing is they didn't take blood tue so if they take blood today I will probably still have to wait 2 days to repeat to see what direction they are going

Just been to the epu to have bloods, they will ring me tonight but this won't really tell me anything till Saturday when I have repeats, the bleeding has got worse though and is like having af now so I think that's it

They can pick up if there has been the hormone (apparently) so you will have an idea. At least you can know that you can fall pregnant...

Thanks, feel abit rung out now, it's been so up and down especially getting the darker test this morning when I really just expected neg by now, I surpose atleast it's been recorded if it is a mc as one and therefore if it happens again I will get tests too see if there's anything wrong but just feel gutted again, plus the uncertainty till sat now..... Too early for any scan etc

Thanks girls, just waiting for the confirmation now on sat that it's gone down and hopefully it's not ectopic, I don't think it is, I've no hope now, been bleeding lots with clots much more then a normal af, no more hope left but thanks for all the kind wishes xx
