2WW - somebody please distract me from POAS

Like it says in the title. Have hit the 2ww and really really need someone to distract me, or give me something to do to distract myself so I don't stupidly POAS because that would be a total waste of time and money at this stage

Kitten what day do you plan to test? AF is now two days late but I'm only 9DPO after a stupidly late +ve on my OPK
Friday 3rd is the day I have decided to if I keep saying it I might believe myself hold off POAS if AF is not here (I will then be 13DPO and 13 is my lucky number!)

puppy I'm back in the game but without OPKs this month. I might go down the saliva ferning route (worked before) and curb the need to POAS every day.

Frustrated what's COD? I normally have a 29 day cycle, so we should be in a day of each other. So why are you not using OPK?

Hi Pipbin I'm 11dpo today and also got a bfn, I ov'd on day 20 and today is day 31 but last cycle was 39 days so am a bit confused I may have tested early

Cave Of Dispair (or Doom) slattern i think its that af depression. unsure why I had a 27 day cycle this month. I'm usually 28-29.

I think I'm gonna go for the saliva ferning method. I was OPKing to check I was Ov when I thought I was since having coil removed. if I remember correctly I can check for ferning 5000000 times a day joys of an addict

we will just dtd eod (every day on estimated ov day!) from day 8 til day 19 (would go to day 21 but oh away then) and fx!

I'm due af again on 24th.

Am not sure I believe I could be heading towards a BFP, such a late +ve OPK - I just think the coil removal has messed everything up this cycle

If I'm this bad now I wonder how bad I'll be if AF is not here by Friday! I'll need all your help ladies not to cave in and test early! Am paranoid after reading about so many chemical pregnancies, I don't think I could bear to know only for it to be -ve days later

sheep how long ago was coil removed? Was it the mereva (not sure that's spelt right) ?

It was a copper coil so doctor said fertility would return immediately.

I had it taken out on CD16 so assumed I was out for July but then had a +ve OPK on CD20, so got to DTD every day for 4 days

Them I figured my LP would be too short as AF averages at 28 days but now AF is late and my mind is in overdrive!

Ah, I'm not sure about the copper ones.

I had the M... cant spell it one Which completely reset my cycles. With a bleed a week after removal, and freaky pg symptoms for the 1st month not pg but apparently "normal" going on the google research I did.

DH is not helping with my POAS urges, maybe I'll let him POAS to stop his obsession

After such willpower this afternoon I did the unthinkable!

Not only did I POAS, I did it only 10DPO and in the evening after a brew and a juice with tea so me pee was watered down. It was destined to be a BFN but I still did it
I do solemly swear not to POAS until Friday

Oh sheep no. you broke the seal now, you'll be wanting to POAS every day now. Fx that you can hold out til Friday.

frustrated I am determined not to test now until Friday when I am 13 DPO, I may get hubby to hide the tests but he's so excited too, he'll prob cave in before me!

I don't know about everyone, but my AF is a great excuse for chocolate. My DH doesn't understand it's healing properties.

Frustrated how are things with you? when are you going to start testing? Do you start on the same days you would opk?

You can do it sheep only one more day not to test (easier said than done!) Keeping fx for you.
