kitty sorry about the bfn too, maybe its too early yet. how many dpo are you? About your friend I have one like that too. She 'accidentally' got pregnant and has the nerve to tell me 'you need to just relax and enjoy having sex' after I had confided my deepest fears of ttc to her. And everytime she repeats 'i can't believe we just had unprotected sex once and i'm knocked up' I want to thump her one! some women can be very cruel. especially the ones who fall in the 'accidental' or 'pregnant first time we tried' bracket!

winkle you are allowed to feel the way you are right now. I think you are made of stronger stuff after going through this ttc mill month after month! I think men are as scared as we are but just better at keeping it bottled up. And NO you wont be here till 2078! 2012 will be your our year.

If we're bitching about friends here ? I confided in my friend last night that I was going to the docs and I was scared, and I was worried drinking had something to do with it and she wasn't sympathetic at all. she said 'forget 'lifestyle', drink water' - grrrrrrrr

BTW I have a dos appt this afternoon at 5.20 so I will let you all know what he says.

kitty if your opk was +ve on CD15 then you are probably 11dpo, still early. and if it was CD22, then again its still too early to tell. Hold off POAS for a few more days (if you can :))

I am going to wait this time till a day after AF is due (god give me some patience and will power!) just to be sure. I have only the expensive FRER and CB digi at home so thats one way of stopping myself from POAS. I'm actually not looking forward to it, just so scared of the disappointment.

I hope the doctors is a positive experience for you this afternoon winkle. If you have a nice doctor I am sure they will put you at ease.

I haven't really told any friends we are TTC, you guys are making me sure that is the right choice!

Ohhh I am pleased to see that you ladies are as frustrated as I feel today! Yesterday at my friends baby shower her mother in law told me how great I look with a baby and have I thought about having one...how dare she! This was also the same day I found out my friend is pregnant from number 2...insensitive cow said 'we fell pregnant 1st time trying just like last time. DH would have liked a bit more practise but oh we'll. Oh do you want to feel my bump...here it is' Ahhhhhhhh I just wanted to scream at her and I'm normally a very calm and nice person :)

All my friends are walking around with smug pregnant faces on at the moment. I'm really going to be different. I promise not to make a big public show of our happy news and I wont demand people feel my stomach or hold my baby once it is born!

That'd be one way to ensure ALL of your friends know you're TTC (and probably everyone you've ever known). Stay away is good advice!!!

I am getting insane too, trying hard not to spot the signs, but have been getting a strong pain under the belly button on the right side for the last two hours.

I have an urge to throw up my entire lunch?! I had a really nice lunch too. But I am feeling very retchy, no nausea and not dizzy, just feel like my lunch is coming up instead of staying down. And i am busy typing up a report and not symptom spotting.

ted or any other bfp folk around? What did initial nausea feel like? I am 8dpo. I am probably imagining it. Not sure whats going on, but feeling very very retchy.im covering my mouth as I type this.
