DulcetMoans · 12/07/2012 12:14

When can you start collecting again then newbie?

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 12:29

I think the CBFM will ask me on CD 6 so that will be Saturday! I've read from other threads that the CBFM can take a couple of cycles to get used to you. I find that odd because at the start of every cycle you reset it, perhaps it does store each cycle...I'll have to look into that. I also have some OV sticks which I'll start using on CD10...oh yes I'm not going to let OV day pass without me knowing :)

NicolaHazel · 12/07/2012 12:32

I still haven't had a call from CB...think my paperwork has gone AWOL. Wonder if I should call them?

Wasn't Lisa testing today?

DulcetMoans · 12/07/2012 12:36

I think she said she was going to wait until Saturday at some point. lisa, come fill us in!!

If you don't hear tomorrow mornin nicola just give them a call. They were realy nice. Do you still have the number?

NicolaHazel · 12/07/2012 12:44

Come on Lisa...I'm pissing on my own stick on Saturday, so I need someone to do one today for me!

Yeah, it is in my phone's call list, so will do that. I should have kept the duplicate paperwork they posted to me!

Not due on for a week, so time yet. :-)

DulcetMoans · 12/07/2012 12:46

It is something to look forward to if the BFP doesn't come our way though. I don't really know what to expect. Haven't even looked up the cbfm. Is it a big bit of kit or what? Will be a nice surprise!

newbie, go POAS for us! We have a habit to feed!

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 14:08

Dulcet hah! No no no no I'm not POAS for no one! Cycle 3 has transformed me into a anti POAS hippie..I'm now controlled and patient :) Infact I'm going to go home tonight and do some yoga movements whilst cooking dinner! Fact.

Come on Lisa sort your sticks out Grin

Maclairey · 12/07/2012 15:01

Hi everyone, I have just had a thought?.I am supposed to be having my hair highlighted on Saturday and I am not sure whether to go ahead with it or not.

Having looked online it seems that opinions are split over having highlights/colouring hair in the first trimester, some say its fine, others say no.

I don?t want to really ask my hairdresser as I don?t want her to know yet.

Should I just cancel it and wait until after 12 weeks?

Been feeling VERY crampy today and overnight last night (it woke me up more than once), its actually taking my breath away some times and also making me feel a little bit queasy. I am not sure whether this is normal or not but I must admit I didn?t realise I would feel so rubbish this early on. Its awful not knowing whether what you are going through is normal or not or whether something is going wrong :(

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 15:09

Mclairey I've heard it's ok but if you're unsure just delay it for a few weeks. Chin up though you're pregnant! Lots of ladies suffer morning sickness symptoms of different kinds. Try to focus on the positive and remind yourself how great it is to finally be on the bus :)

DulcetMoans · 12/07/2012 15:12

Is it down to the product maclairey? Whether the stuff they use is safe or not? Anyway you can find out what she uses before you have it done? Otherwise, if its something you can live without for a few weeks then do that to keep your mind at ease.

Maclairey · 12/07/2012 15:15

Oh I know and I am very excited, just a little bit scared at the same time. I think it's because I am so tired after travelling etc it's making me over analyse stuff.

Think I might delay the hair appointment. Don't think I could forgive myself if I went and then something went wrong afterwards.

Thanks newbie.

LisaC2611 · 12/07/2012 16:28

OK, girls I caved (I wasn't going to test until next week) and I did a test this morning (although wasn't FMU) but it was a big resounding BFN Sad. No AF yet, or any sign of her either

Not really that disappointed as I was expecting it. Oh well have already marked my place on the August thread so will keep hoping for then, plus I will have my CB product so I can start with that and hope for the best Smile

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 16:28

Just dawned on me that because I am not getting AF I have the pleasure of experiencing a 3ww rather then 2. Gee lucky me! No wonder I'm bored and going out of my mind lol

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 16:32

Hugs Lisa there's no point me saying its not over until AF sings because it didn't make me feel better :( We need some sun to brighten things up! Oh and I'll be testing with you on the next round :) I think I might open some champagne this weekend...you've got me in the mood since your adventure yesterday!

LisaC2611 · 12/07/2012 16:41

Thanks Newbie, it isn't over yet, but I suspect that it is really. Have been feeling very AF for days, plus it means I've got you as a testing buddy Grin

Have been putting off deciding whether or not to go out next week so think this means I definitely can and enjoy a few drinkies and maybe a couple more glasses of champagne Wine. Go for the champagne Newbie it was lush yesterday Wink

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 16:46

Yeah we still have a few bottles left over from the wedding so I deffinately be cracking open a bottle! Grin

Newbie2 · 12/07/2012 16:47

Especially as I haven't had a drink in 5 weeks...will be well deserves me thinks!

NutBiscuit · 12/07/2012 16:49

Hi all, just checking in again, can't keep up with the rest of you on this thread Smile. I'm on CD53 now, 2 BFNs down, not sure what's happening TBH. Congratulations Maclairey , you are my inspiration now! Fingers crossed I get the same result at the end of my mammoth cycle. Sorry to hear about all the other BFNs out there, keep SWIing Smile

DulcetMoans · 12/07/2012 17:54

Oh are we all having champagne?! Lovely stuff!

NicolaHazel · 12/07/2012 17:56

letsdothisthing · 12/07/2012 20:23

Sorry about the BFN Lisa, sounds like you'd prepared for it if that's the right word!

mumbaisapphire · 12/07/2012 20:46

Felt funny yesterday and the day before. Not so bad today but yesterday was hot flashes and a headache that came on in the evening. Was also extremely bloated the day before. Kind of back to normal again although did get a sort of brownish tinge this afternoon when I went to the loo. Didn't exactluy resemble spots though. It's difficult to know exactly when I ovulateeed so not sure how many days post ov I am. I've just got a funny feeling but bet I'm wrong. 7 more days until testing!

NicolaHazel · 13/07/2012 07:09

Fx they're promising signs, Mumbai. :-)

My boobs have started to feel tender today (which I noticed when H2B touched them, ha ha!) and I feel a bit nauseous.

Maybe pre-AF though, as due on Thursday. I don't remember physical symptoms though. Emotional, yes, but nothing physical. Though times may have changed!

Only just managed to not test today...spoke very sternly to myself about wasting a test!
