Faithey that kind of behaviour is bullying. I have worked for a boss like that. Start keeping a diary of incidents in case it gets out of hand and you need to report her.

It feels like it euro....it's just she does it around people including my biased and no-one bats an eyelid so sometimes I wonder if I'm bring over sensitive? I have started a diary with the big stuff and approximate dates and will note anything when I go back. Happily our leave overlaps so I get a couple of week's reprieve :)
