Hi ladies can I join you? I am 40 and trying for my first. I am on clomid and this is my second cycle on the medication and injections, my first attempt just ended in a cyst.:( Had scan at the hospital on Monday cd12 and they found 3 large follicles waiting to go gave me the injection and told me to go away and 'have relations'! So now on the 2ww and fingers well and truly crossed. Following a mmc we've been trying for over a year now, after various tests and a laparoscopy to remove some scar tissue the consultant decided to try the medication in hope that it happens before my my body clock decides my trying is over.

Me an my new husband (got married in April so still feels weird sayin husband lol) have just started trying for baby number 1. I had my coil out middle of may and have had a period since. Think I have a regular ish cycle of 30 days so checked when I would ovulate an got down to it so now just on the 2ww which is driving me crazy as every little thing my body does I keep thinking is it implantation am I pregnant? An I know I'm going to drive myself crazy until af is due on 7th July.

So today (cd22 of a 28/29 day cycle) I have been mostly having a small bit of browny cm - its a week til I'm due...?! Keep trying not to immediately think 'is it implantation?!?!' but can't help it! Can it be pale brown tiny bits of cm ? Or is it usually obvious blood?! Sorry if TMI ...

Mine was brown never red, I got it about a wk later and it lasted a day or too, I'd describe like a browner version on the creamey mucus sorry tmi, tail end af type stuff, getting so excited for you, but when will you crack?!?!
Nicola im cd7 today was hoping to resume my poas addiction from atleast cd12, not sure whether to try earlier as messy cycle or if it's more likely to be later again, think 12 is probably about right that's if my bloody sticks get here

Ooooooh fatas that sounds very exciting, I would say that sounds promising but feel for you having to wait it out for a while longer. Keep us updated with the symptom spotting tho!

Well, I'm on CD16 and definitely in the POAS mode. I usually get a +ve on the OPK on day 17 or 18. Dontcha love it when THE time to DTD falls over a weekend? You don't get that "what if something comes up (apart from DH!) and we can't" panic. And you get all day to do it!

We need a BFP on here soon to get us off to a good start ...

I'm hoping it doesn't happen yet, Kitty, but I had twinges / cramps on CD9 last month (which was first post-pill cycle), so just wanted to keep on top of it this month, as it's my first one testing for OV. And I ordered Conceive Plus today, so need to wait til that arrives! :-)

No pressure now then!! Don't think I got imp. bleed with DS but def did with the one I miscarried as I remember saying to DH that it must be AF early and being a little but disappointed, an then a week later wondering why I didn't really have any AF pains or indeed any AF!! Oh help! Am already looking around for my full metal jacket and haven't even tested yet!!

So how long after an imp. bleed can you test??? I have banished all sticks from the house until the earliest possible time I could test otherwise I would've used them all up by now! Ha ha!!

Poor Lisa, it's the puts isn't it, I found out a friend is expecting twins but the after found out she's had ivf, pg jeleousy is so irrational though isn't it, I sometimes feel with everyone else's yes there less likely chance for me.... Why I've no idea
Recipie you lucky thing, I've checked diary and like you ov usually 17-19, dh is working 4 nights in a row before so slightly panicking as there is no way we can dtd, I'm at work ( set off at 6:30) then he sets off before I get back back at 4-6am
Looks like I may have to go with the less is more this month, plus tue cd13 a good place to start is smear test day and I've been told getting spermies there can interfere with test so that and night before doomed aswell do other then next few days which almost seems pointless I'm not starting till very late!!

For your first month nicola your definatly better to start early and test till you get a pos, you will have a good idea after that at what length your cycle is and when you ov in it, it'd be nice if you were a short cycle, less waiting the better!!

I had a 29 day cycle the first month, but I think I count this as first month 'proper' as it started with a 'real'AF, not a pill withdrawal one.

We shall see.

I was the other way, had it for dd not mc, just thought it was af then a few weeks later hmmm why did the af not really go anywhere or begin really lol
I think if implantation had occurred the hormones would allready be starting so quite soon but that's a guess, what dpo are you now?

Hmm well I had a smiley on cd14 so could be about 8dpo or so by now - I'm cd22 today... I calculated that Sunday is 4 days before I'm due on so frer might work then but don't know if I can hold out that long!!

Fatas brown cm sounds promising to me. I got a bit last cycle along with af like cramps, it was a chem preg but I am convinced it implanted (and went wrong after that). I will be looking out for it in the future. Fx for you.

Lisa sorry it hasn't worked out this month if af has to turn up I would rather sooner than later. Take care tonight.

Ooh fatas my cramps and spotting happened on 8dpo. I really think this is a good sign
