I know resipsa, they are troopers aren't they Grin

This month I have dtd cd9,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,23 and now am on cd24. Think dh is in shock as since having dd especially while I was bf it's never been nearly this much due to tiredness and lack of opportunity. Hope I get bfp soon though as I'm not sure how sustainable it is.. nice that it feels a bit like the start of the relationship though - think that's the only other time you do it so much.

Well, 11 days to go until I test... I'm sure time has slowed down. I've been a bit obsessed this month which makes me feel it's probably not going to happen..... I hope a few cycles down the line I will have calmed down a bit?

I'm sorry that there's a bit of negative feeling around so many at the moment. It will pass, please don't lose hope. But also remember how lucky we all are to be in loving relationships and feel at a point in our lives where we have a happy home for a baby to grow up in... That's most of the hard work done already!

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 18:21

possom what makes you think you haven't oved? How would you know either way?

backwardpossom · 19/06/2012 18:21

Crikey, sunshine! You're a better woman than me, that's for sure! Grin

backwardpossom · 19/06/2012 18:23

Oh various reasons - no ewcm, no ov pain, no pregnancy (I think we did about as much as you have just posted during my wtf cycle and I seem to fall pregnant quite easily touch wood)

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 18:29

I've not really had ewcm or ov pains either.... I've only had 1 period since stopping bf and have read that having a period doesn't necessarily mean you're ovulating. Scared that that is what has happened to me now!

backwardpossom · 19/06/2012 18:33

I'm sure you'll be fine - it's just that those symptoms are very obvious to me when I am ovulating!

wishfulthinking1 · 19/06/2012 18:45

Sunshine- I'm exhausted just reading that. Thats a really nice sentiment about the hard work being done though- you're right, it's fabulous top have someone at you want to make a baby with,
X

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/06/2012 19:07

Grin really bad craps.

I didn't notice till you pointed it out hee hee

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/06/2012 19:08

sunshine bloody hell that's a lot of sex. No way my dh would be up for that, he is a sweetheart but hates the ttc pressure.

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 19:10

See I'm worried now it's too much ..... I've heard sperm needs to recharge (overthinking, much?)

Well, I'll just have to wait and see

winkle2 · 19/06/2012 19:12

Lol @ really bad craps

Crikey sunshine I'm knackered just reading that!

Starting to feel more human :D

kittykatsforever · 19/06/2012 19:16

Sunshine, there's no way id be up for that, never mind dh!! Lol
Wishful that's funny because I've heard the opposite from wtf cycle, pretty sure I ovd as used the sticks and felt that intense pain just like you described, weird! I better have had anyway after all that sex
Was definatly not the same time though and heard people have earlier aswell, I'm on cd31 now, a cycle has never felt so long!!

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/06/2012 19:16

Yay winkles on the mend (hopefully just in time to catch the peak fertile times).

sunshine am sure it is fine along as your dh has no issues re fertility.

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 19:20

Think dh is just taking the opportunity while he can, as didn't feel like it much during last pregnancy and took a while to recover from episiotomy and bf took my sex drive away for a while. So he knows what is (not) on the cards if I do get pregnant again.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHorrid · 19/06/2012 19:55

I felt exactly the same during pregnancy and bf. During the third trimester I didn't even find Jake from Twilight sexy god that is so wrong I am old enough to be his mum

OpenMindedSceptic · 19/06/2012 19:59

ted and whenshewasbad thanks for the kind words - Greatly appreciated!

Ted I'm sorry you felt so sad earlier and hope you are a bit better now. And yes, you are right the last thread got slightly out of control! I've decided I will try to let my body guide me this month rather than dtd all the time. And right now it's telling me to go to bed with hot chocolate and watch some rubbish tv - no sex please Grin!

Winkle get well soon!

winkle2 · 19/06/2012 20:03

Sunshine you deserve to get pregnant after all that dtd!!

I'm going to have tomorrow off work and then I think I'll be ok. Just in time for my fertile week. According to my app I should be fertile from Friday.

tedmundo · 19/06/2012 21:37

"hop on". Oh god that made me laugh! They really are a good bunch by the sounds of it. DH has only rebelled once and that was OV day last month. I am trying not to be bitter about it!

sunshine .. I would have struggled with that kind of regime even at 17 let alone 37. That is dedication. and my boyfriend at 17 was HOT!

openminded .. I am ok now thanks. Just have a bit of an indulgent moment every now and again. YY to listening to our bodies. Trying to DTD when not in the mood made us really sad last month. You should def snuggle down with tv and hot chocolate tonight.

MrsRigby · 19/06/2012 21:39

Congratulations tiddleypompom Grin Grin Grin

sunshineoutdoors and tedmundo I killed the June thread Sad.

CD2 and I swear, I could happily kill mother nature - the fucking bitch! Sunday I noticed a little bit of brown blood so I thought ah, I've started my period (as is always the case when there is freshly washed bedding), but nothing followed and I got my hopes up thinking it was implantation bleeding. Woke up yesterday morning and still no blood so I took a pregnancy test and -. Then about an hour later, I started bleeding, ah, I thought, I've started my period.

But... it is not what it normally is. Usually, I bleed heavily for 5-6 days. This month it's lighter and it looks like by tomorrow morning it will be over with.

No idea whats going on. Pissed off.

How is everyone else doing, I really hope I don't kill this thread like I did the June one Sad.

tedmundo · 19/06/2012 21:51

Hi mrsrisgby .. No we are live and kicking so you have not killed this thread!
sorry that AF is being a beyatch. I know what you mean, once it is started you
Just want it over and done with ready to try again. Good luck in July. It will happen!

SunshineOutdoors · 19/06/2012 22:13

There's been two new bfps on the June thread mrs rigsby so you certainly haven't killed it.

Just realised I wrote down wrong... we didn't dtd on cd21 when I said we did Blush (all the others were true though) giving it a rest tonight too I think.

This waiting for af lark is no fun is it? Especially if she teases you pretending to be implantation bleeding, feel for you Mrs R but you're on the July thread now, put June behind you, have a rest and I'll send some positive thoughts your way.

Christelle2207 · 19/06/2012 22:16

Mrs r unfortunately AF plays very evil tricks on us while TTC. I think some strange protracted periods I've had may be CPs, others the stress of not wanting her to come has messed it up (more likely).

Sunshine I'm seriously impressed.

backwardpossom · 19/06/2012 23:30

Sunshine, I guarantee I'd have cystitis if I dtd that often... Wink

I'm officially out for June as AF has made a painful appearance today!

I suppose I should be grateful I had a nice neat 29 day cycle after 17.5 years on hormonal contraception!
