Shhhh, I know I'm getting myself excited for no reason but I rarely get this far without spotting. This is the third time in the last 12 months I've got to 9DPO without spotting.

Hopefully the HSG flushed out some gunk making a nice passage for the egg to come down (or the sperm to go up - biology not my strong point) !

I've had much higher temps past 2 days and today am 7DPO, looks like a triphasic chart starting. wont get excited as i know it doesn't necessarily mean anything, probably got a touch of a cold coming on like DP. still interesting to see what happens.

Well I've got to 11DPO and as I had some free ones from ClearBlue I POAS. BFN.
However I'm not actually due until Wednesday and the ClearBlue one was a notorious blue cross style test.

Still sounds promising...

Re calculation shows that I'm not due until Thursday.
The Clear Blue test says that it's only 50% accurate 4 days before.
The words clutching and straws are springing to mind here.

Nothing here, although I've been really hot and moody, so I think she's on the train... WHo knows when she's due though... Could be anytime from Monday evening really...

So like the glutton for punishment I am I fished the test out of the bin for a second look, as I thought there was a faint line. And there is a faint line. But it has to be an evap line after this time doesn't it?

Well I do have some First Response and some Superdrug ones too.
It's back to school tomorrow so I don't expect I'll have time in the morning, getting up again after 6 weeks will be too much of a shock.
I'm going to try and be good and leave it until Wednesday. I'm sure it was an evap line really.

And Squirrel Could be an implantation dip but I had a very similar one last month.
But still, it could be couldn't it.

You have way more resolve than I do! By the way I head those blue dye tests are notorious for evaporation lines...but hopefully not in this case...

so busy over past 2 days. pipbin amazing strength you have in not POAS!!
I had 2 evap lines last month. I've thought of doing an experiment and seeing what happens when you test during period or using plain water as i've read there is always something there- and it just becomes more visible after its got wet and then dried. havign said that 2 women on the over 40s thread said their pregnancies all started with an evap.

My temp went down today, still up to its usual post ov but not a triphasic. anyway more tomorrow everyone.

I've decided that if AF is not here by Saturday I'll test.
She is due in Thursday but I'm sure she's coming soon.

So I went to peeonatick.com to see what she said about blue dye tests.
She has tested a whole load with pee. Here are the results
Once AF has turned up here, which I' sure she will. I'm going to use a clear blue and see what result I get.

i think i've learnt my lesson about reading results after the time allowed. Think its ok to get bit excited that day but if the next day or 2 days after same happens i.e it doesnt show the line within the time then personally i'd say forget it. some surprisingly big differences between the brands though!

I did think there was a faint line within the time limit, but I think it was just wishful thinking on my part.

i'd test again, i couldn't wait. I admire your restraint! I'm 9DPO so shall do a cheapie test tomorrow , even though its obviously very early.

Sill didn't POAS today!
Temp dropped this morning so I'm guessing that AF is on her way.
So much less spotting than before.
