right, so that sounds very promising. No wonder you couldn't get pregnant if possibly both were blocked. So by the sound of it there's one fully up and running and another has doubts over it but may even be ok. You seem quite upbeat. Are they going to look into the suspect tube again? and when are you due to ovulate?? I'd be eager to get in there this month if it isn't too late.

I'm due to ov on Monday to Wednesday.
We have been at it already.

I am being up beat about it. I have a friend who got pregnant with only one tube so I know it can happen. As you say, if both were blocked I've got no chance. Now I've got half a chance.

I knew what you meant. I feel so much more positive about it now. I know that at least one tube works!

So last night I did an OPK, now I rarely get a positive on an OPK, I only get them for a very short time. And last night it was very strong. I also did one this morning and got a very strong result too.
This is unheard of for me. Could it me something to do with the HSG or the hot weather making the urine more concentrated?

And just now, another strong OPK! I've never had one where the test line has been darker than the control line!

agreed, exciting! its how i felt last month when i got 2 strong OPKs on consecutive days! don't make my mistake though and stop too soon. I wasn't temping very accurately and my ovulation seems to have been delayed so we should have carried on for another couple of days. Good luck!

Hurrh, smear test came back normal! Got to have another one in february though.

Shifty - (love the new name, btw) - sorry that your GP is such an arse! Good that you're getting some tests though and hopefully some pointers as to what you can do.

Pipbin - good news about your tube! I suppose that it must mean you have a roughly one in two chance of a successful ovulation each month? Fx for this month's ov - hopefully the procedure will have prodded things into action in there. I conceived DD in the same month as a HyCoSy, so it can happen.

I'm now 8+3 and starting to show! One of the nursery mothers asked me outright this morning if I was pregnant and a man offered me his seat on the tube even though I wasn't wearing my Baby on Board badge! Got my first booking appt this Friday and the first scan is scheduled for 18th September - only 4 weeks away! Suddenly feeling a bit scared......

Shifty I've had to do the whole 'full bladder' thing before. I spent the whole time worrying about needing a wee! Luckily someone had the good sense to put a loo right next to the scanning department so I could run straight in there.

Well as we are both off work we have been able to have a bit of 'afternoon delight'.

nice to hear from you treats. Wow time goes fast, over 8 weeks already! Are you glad you're showing? I remember hating the in between stage and just wanted to be obviously pregnant- partly so i'd get offered a seat on the train/tube. I still remember one male commuter telling me to sit in an empty first class seat and that he'd sort out the ticket inspector if he said anything (none came).

i'm the same. My libido goes way up around ovulation, then takes a nose dive. I wonder if DP notices? We don't discuss TTC, puts him off and he is still uncertain, though going along with it. Well pipbin looks like you may be in 2WW, good luck.

I'm CD7 , oddly had a touch of EWCM yesterday and again this morning. This afternoon was just lotion like. Never sure what that is on FF so put down creamy, its more of a consistency between creamy and watery. No way have i ovulated yet, earliest ever was CD11, latest CD15. Probably gearing up though.

oh i did an opk just in case. nothing much there.
