Thought I would take the plunge and start the June thread! I won't be getting my May BFP as my cycles are sooooooo long. Who's. With me?

June will be a better month (it has to be May was rubbish for most people).

Redstrawberry, I wouldn't worry too much about cm. The cycle my DD was conceived, I barely had any at all. I know I ovulated as I had the sticks and felt it too on CD 10. The only DTDs we had then were one 5 days prior, and another 2 days prior, but that time swimmers didn't end up in me. I was gobsmacked to have found out I was pg as I thought I had no chance what so ever (the test then was strong positive even before AF was due -I tested just in case as was planning to get drunk that evening -well, I didn't!)

I barely had any cm throughout the whole pregnancy, which worried me slightly then as it seemed not normal. Now I know there is nothing to worry about, we are just all different, that's all :-)

CD 4 here today. I am counting days to next week and CD8 when I plan to get the sticks out and kickstart this 'project'!

It looks a bit lonely on the May thread, so even though im not testing til tomorrow I thought id come and hijack this one with my mental torture for today, which is, I think im out for this month BUT.....

.... Massive temp increase today at 13dpo from 97.4 to 98.4. Huge!
Now I know as well as the next man that if I test tomorrow il know one way or the other. But, we all come on here cos we're driving ourselves mental with this TTC thing, and waiting & being patient doesnt happen.

So my question is this, do you think im still in the game? Ive got no other symptoms - oh I had a headache yest. I had loads of CM, its gone now, boobs only tiny (in size) bit sore. Is it a blip and am I kidding myself.

Phew! That just exploded out. Theres no way I can tell DP im going THHHIIIIS mental

My DH reckons I am overheating as well. I need to buy a thermometer today to check but I feel really hot and stuffy everywhere.

I am still having a fair bit of CM - am sitting on 11 dpo now though...

Yeah I had ton's of the stuff til a few days ago. It was gross.
Went to bed on Weds night and DP said I was on fire, I woke up during night melting. But I think its the clomid, temp was a normal 97.4 when I woke up tho yesterday. It was only 97.7 when i ov'd.

Am I reading too much into this. I more or less wrote this month off and expected lower temps at 97.2 this morn.

Not been on Clomid but isn't a side effect of that dryness? So a potential deviation from that could indicate something a bit more positive?

Am going crazy too ladies - day 35 and still no AF! A bit like littlemiss I've had cramping and (tmi) all week a very pale pink tinge on the paper when I wipe, since last Fri/Sat, what's going on! DH keeps telling me to relax, it's early days (it's not), will happen for us...WHEN!!!

It's very lonely on the may thread so I going to jump over to this one. Technically I'm not out for may yet- AF due tomorrow but am pretty sure I'm not. So much so that I've just had Brie and crackers and I've poured myself a very small glass of wine.

I had AF type cramps a couple of evenings ago and am absolutely exhausted but dont think they're symptoms- just symptomatic of a bloody hard week at work.

I'm feeling well jell of everyone who's on the shagathon again- I have to wait for AF to come and bloody well go again before I can start again- never known a longer 28 days!!

Just posted on the May thread to say that I am now getting severe cramping and when I went to the loo earlier there was browny reddy streaking

So I suspect I shall be officially here by tomorrow morning.

Do I count cd1 as from today or from when it fully arrives?

Sorry Jacqueline :-( I think if she arrives fully tomorrow then that's cd1. I've still got cramps, no sign of AF yet... (every time I go to the loo I'm filled with trepidation! It's exhausting!!)

Jacqueline .. It is the day you get proper flow so if you only getting a bit from wiping, go with tomorrow as cd1. I am so sorry you are out too. Too many of us had to up sticks over here :(

Yes, 28 days can feel like a year .. I have never been so aware of dates and days passing. I am due AF on 6th June when we are on holiday. DH said he is taking ONE preg test in the suitcase that I am only allowed after an hour in the morning. (I always get AF after I get up.)

Will piss in a pot first thing and keep it for the hour. Is it OK to do this?

Ladies - i'm going mad here. Thought AF had arrived this morning cos (tmi) there was a bit of bright red blood when I went to the loo this morning. It was only a tiny.little bit tho but I never get any.kind of spotting - when AF shows up she makes an entrance! So I stuck a pad on, went online and ordered some scary conceive plus lube syringe thingies and went about my day... But AF did not appear and (again, sorry, tmi) there was only a tiny trace of brownish CM/blood on pad after I wore it all day. Still no real signs AF is on her way!! CD38!! So frustrated cos mental hopeful part of me keeps thinking that despite the BFNs and the spotting that just maybe possibly I could be pg and it is messing with my mind! I was all set to go (me and my scary lube syringes!) and I find i'm still stuck on the platform waiting on the AF train to NewCyclesville. Going crazy here! thank god for kindles, chocolate & trashy tv

Hi snowshine- that's pretty confusing! I don't want to encourage you to be too hopeful but you're not out till AF sings but don't lose hope. I just don't understand so much of this ttc business. But one thing I think I've figured out is that there are no rules. I bet there will be a stack of people who've got to cd38 and then AF turned up but I'm equally sure there will be people out there who'd had a BFP and then got bfn and got to cd38 and got a BFP. Nothing's for certain!

Littlemiss how long is your cycle normally? Af should arrive within 14 days of ovulation

Pinkie - I've got pcos but although my cycles used to be all over the place when i wasn't on the pill, since I had DS (he's nearly 2) and I stopped bf/ing they've been much more regular, around 29/30 days and i never went back on the pill. But then last month - when I started ttc (!!) - it was 35 days, and this month we're up to a whopping 39 days. Also, I meant to say to you before, anecdotally a lot of people seem to think the vitex / agnus castus tincture is more effective than taking it in tablet form? That's what I'm taking anyway and I did the drops rather than the tablets before i got pg with DS

Whenshewasbad / wishful - More spotting here today and it's a bit redder so I guess this must be AF starting?? I forgot that since there's a good chance this is actually an early stage mc rather than just a regular AF it's prob going to be a bit different than usual... But yes, I think if it hasn't shown up properly by this afternoon I'll give the out of hours doc a ring just to be on safe side
