Thought I would take the plunge and start the June thread! I won't be getting my May BFP as my cycles are sooooooo long. Who's. With me?

Question- how long generally does everyone on here get ewcm? I've had it for 2 days in the past, this cycle I'm still having it today! That's 5 days! Is this a good sign (eg super fertile!) Or should I be worried? Confused

Back is a little better today after being initially worse this morning when I git up at 5am because the pain was so bad. Still managed to dtd last night! It was quick, functional and not very romantic, but hey, needs must!haha!

morecoffee I had loads of ewcm this month. Got a positive opk on Friday and it is just starting to go now. Have had ewcm / lot of wet cm fir about 7 days. Don't know what it means.

Morecoffee - I'd tell myself it means ur super fertile this month, def wouldnt worry about it! I def hav m(re than usual at the min, maybe something to do with the agnus castus, but im reading it is superrrrr fertility hee When.my bedraggled and hungover DH returns later after his lads weekend I may refuse to giv him the night off Wink

Hi onemore and everythinghappens welcome to the June thread where we are all going to get lots of BFPs.

I am really tempted to test at 12dpo on Saturday, with a FRER test. we go on hols that day and if not preg then I can have a few drinks, eat nice stuff and have a bit of fun before the rest of the week is taken up with AF hell. the FRER says that by then something like 98% get accurate results on this day.

I really did not want to test early this month, but the thought of spending half the week being sober, not scoffing pâté, Brie, prawns and all the other things I have given up, only then to get flipping AF seems a bit rubbish.

talk me down ladies .. Or agree??!!

Hi Ted I agree with you actually, better to know if you can enjoy your hol or need to avoid pregnancy no no foods.

Am going to be in the same boat myself, on hold from 4th June period due on 9th June, don't really want to test early but think I will have to.

That was my thinking whenshewas. AF has been dreadful since the mc, so if I get it on holiday, then a couple of days minimum are going to be really hard for me.

So if that means for a few days I can enjoy a few cold beers in a beachside pub, prawn sarnies and a glass of wine in the evening, then I reckon it is worth testing a bit early.

It is only 3 days. If it is neg, then will have a tiny wine on the Saturday then test again on Sunday and that day if it is still bfn then I can assume safely I think that nothing is going down this month.

Cd 21 here. We started dtd the last night but hubs was too tired so didn't finish. So will get a sneaky one in today.

I usually get my smiley on cd16 and we've dtd cd 10, 13, 14, 16 and 18 so far. Want to keep going till around cd24 to cover us just in case.

I'm hoping it will make the 2ww feel shorter!

Wow winkle you really have gone the extra mile this month. Good point about it making the 2ww easier. I still have 13 days to go on mine. Not very hopeful as ovulated late on cd21 this month. So think the egg will be a but too old.

So are you planning one more shag on cd24 or try and get a couple more in?

Gosh this thread has been busy. Soz I've been on a training course with no wifi or Internet in evenings.

AF still hasn't shown up. I had some pink ringed cm yesterday and brown discharge today but what's going on down there?

Tested again this morning - BFN Angry
I am not hopeful for June anymore. Just given up with these constant BFNs

Going to have another go today which is cd21 and tomorrow or/and Tuesday and then that's it. I think that should cover us considering my cycles have ranged from 27-35 days. It cause I had that weird cycle last month (smiley on cd16 and then AF 19 days later) that I'm carrying on dtd later than I would normally. Just in case the egg pops later! Ditching the sticks has been good this month - technically I could be 4dpo but im not thinking about it, I'm just carrying on dtd!

winkle I think I'm going to do the same as you and keep dtd well into the 2ww just in case. I've also ditched the OPKs this month so have no idea when OV will be!

@red .. I am 100% with Queen that no AF is really good news. The bfns could also mean it is just still too early. The discharge could have been implantation bleeding. It can be up to 12 days after OV. Do you know when you OVd? And then perhaps a few more days for the Hcg to become a level that can be detected.

@ winkle.. After the wednesday morning Sesh we have not DTD again. I feel very envious that you guys can keep this up like you have. most impressed. We did plan to keep up the EOD but have been too knackered.

don't want to be a downer but you would rather not implant after day 11 as your loreal phase shortens and the chance of problems shortly after implantation increases to 86%

rather get a blood test done

its cd12 today and i don't think i have oved yet but i am not checking

just enjoying my dh now

winkle I think I normally ovulate around CD15ish... on CD14 today so going to try to dtd again later on (I'm hating the heat and dtd too though!) then keep on with eod for the next 10 days or so in case I ovulate late. We should be covered unless I ovulated early - it took us until CD11 to get going properly as I worked until midnight most of last week. Really hope we haven't already missed it, but like you say kicking we will just have to try again next month if thats the case.

Well you all congratulated me too soon on my dtd efforts - hubby's just going to get some beers so he can have a few drinks in the sunshine so I doubt we'll dtd later now! It's too hot to have sex!

Seriously why can't we just take a pill when we're ready to have a baby, it would be do much easier!

winkle - that would be a legend idea! my DH is really suffering cos of his lad's weekend, nursing a bad head downstairs, so doubt we'll dtd tonight but since we did it y'day morning even if we leave it til 2moro we'll still be doing it eod so that'll have to do! and you're right...too hot for shagging!!

red - sorry about the BFNs but keeping fx for you - i have plenty of friends who didn't get BFPs until their AF was a week or more late, so you never know.

ted - yes, I'd test too! DH's 30th is the weekend that FF predicts that I will OV (tho I half suspect I might have already OV but anyway) and god I'd love to be having a bucketload few cocktails when we head out with all our friends and there's a spa and steamrooms and all at the hotel we're going to as well but just in case I have OV then I'd be about 7DPO so too early to test but too late to drink :-/ If there's a good chance you'll get an accurate result, I say test - it'll be a good start to the hols if it's a BFP and if not, then prawns and beer all the way!

Attempt number 3 at dtd - failed again! Just getting drunk instead now!

Will dtd tomorrow instead. Means we last dtd on cd 18 and it's now cd 21. We have missed one eod session which should have been yesterday. Slightly :( about it cause this is the crucial week more than last week where we managed eod! Every other month we have stopped dtd on cd18/19 and weve not got pregnant to date...

Just trying to think positively. I usually get my smiley on cd16. We dtd on the following days that could realistically get us preg - 13, 14, 16 and 18. Keep your fingers crossed!
