The last couple of threads got lots of people pg. Let's hope this is another lucky one.

OP posts:
TheLittleFriend · 28/04/2012 19:37

scrambled I hope you're ok. Get to the docs if you feel it will reassure you x

bartlet, right, you're in the book club whenever you're visiting your in laws then!

sweetie it sounds like you have had that hsg bang on the right time for getting that rat smacked this month. This is definitely your month.

NinjaChipmunk · 28/04/2012 21:44

Enjoy the zoo little I've not been there for ages. I think the new penguin bit is meant to be good?
sweetie both me and biscuits got post hsg bfp's. I really hope you get yours soon too.

GreenOlives · 28/04/2012 22:38

Smegs Brooking hard that all is well, please try not to worry too much. Can you get a scan to find out what's going on?

Sweetie Great news from HSG, that BFP will be yours shortly!

Calamity Twas me that had HSG last Sept which resulted in BFP last Oct. Unfortunately that ended in ectopic and my left tube was removed. The HSG didn't show the dye spill straight out of my Right tube (prob due to spasm) so for completeness I have just had a lap & dye to thoroughly check out my Right tube and fortunately it all looks good so hopefully my BFP won't be too far away! You should go back to your GP after a year of trying and they may well suggest another HSG (although clearly you will be updiffed by then!)

I'm loving putting faces to names on FB!

ScrambledSmegs · 28/04/2012 22:51

Hullo all. At PIL's so can't check in much. Glad I'm here as keeping my mind of it. All seems ok, another ruddy weekend scare but fx if comes to naught. 7 week scan on Monday so we'll see what's going on then. No point getting all Sad till then.

Calamity I told you we had a lot of acronyms! Has anyone mentioned PIAR (pee in a ramekin) or PSEPP (pee-stick endorsed pregnant person) yet? And then there are the fanjometers...

Calamityboo · 28/04/2012 23:07

good luck smegs, I am sure you will be ok.

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 29/04/2012 08:54

I'm glad you have a scan scheduled smegs - brooking that it's nothing at all, just a bit of leftover blood making its escape.

In other news, I'm ready to scream. My bombproof next door neighbours have a door banging against my bedroom wall. It's been banging all fecking night and they just sleep through it?!! I'm so exhausted I could cry :( i tried earplugs and can still hear the fecking thing.

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 29/04/2012 08:56

Bang bang bang bang bang bang BANG. Bang bang bang. Bang. Bang bang BANG bang. Argh!

NinjaChipmunk · 29/04/2012 11:15

oh god our back gate does that, we lean bricks up against it. DP seems to be able to sleep through it but if we forget the bricks it wakes me up every time! You have my sympathies fluffy, are you able to snooze on the sofa for a bit away from the noise?

NinjaChipmunk · 29/04/2012 11:16

fluffy I also have to tape our letterbox shut in high wind as it flaps all fecking night!

Munx2 · 29/04/2012 11:33

Oh fluffy can you get a nap today!

Morning rat smackers, hope you have a good Sunday.

Leaving lots of brooking for smegs xx

They sorted the banging when they got up - at 12pm Shock I did manage to fall asleep in the spare room with a tshirt over my eyes (no curtains) though so I feel like a new brooker now :o

We've been around several times about different things fecking teenager playing on his computer til 3am at full volume and they've ben very defensive accommodating, to be fair, so I don't want to push it with stuff like this that only lasts a night or two? Confused

sparks glad you had a good time! Last hen night I went on was my own Shock over 4 years ago! I had loads of CM when I got my BFP........

SweetieDoesIt · 29/04/2012 13:45

Hi Sparks glad you had a good hen night/weekend and hopefully were able to make the most of it. Now you are home you can symptom spot away. Wink So when are you planning to PIAR?

Poor Fluff hope you have managed a rest this afternoon. It always amazes me how much noise people can make, without seeming to realising it. My neighbours are just the same, I can really sympathise with you.

Little how was the zoo, hope it wasn't too wet. Did DD love it?

Smegs good luck tomorrow with your scan. Brooking all goes well.

I was back to the hospital this morning for my final tests, ultra sound and internal scan. The very young woman didn't really say much, even when I questioned her, other than all appeared fine and a report would be sent to the consultant. But it was 9am on a Sunday morning so I can let her off. Grin

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend and not too wet.

Solars · 29/04/2012 14:42

Sweetie it hasn't stopped raining since yesterday here! I'm so pleased your HSG went well and looking forward to your BFP this month, get smacking. When do you get all results back?

Little hope the zoo was fun, by the way was it you who mentioned a book club? I don't think I live a million miles from you so may potentially be interested if you sort anything out!

Fluff you poor thing but glad you managed to rest eventually. How did the cheesecake turn out?

Sparks 2 nights of partying?? I don't think i could ever manage that again! Where are you in your cycle btw? All symptoms are preggo related obviously!

Click Grin yes Blush

Lovely to see who is who on FB, although I'm not sure I still remember who is who...Blush

Solars · 29/04/2012 14:43

Afternoon all!

Glad you had fun Sparks. Your husband is a penis.

Will catch up properly in a bit, but hope you're ok Smegs

Had a busy day yesterday, got soaked walking the dog toda, and now have a roast in the oven. Nom

GreenOlives · 29/04/2012 15:24

Hey ladies! It's a damp Sunday here and I'm not talking about my cupboard!! Grin I'm so sick of the rain - it's relentless!

DH and I took DS to watch The Smurfs at the cinema this morning (bargain 90p tickets for kids films!) I was fully expecting to be bored out of mind but I really enjoyed it! [saddo emoticon] The little Smurfs were really cute [broody emoticon!] and it was quite funny! Smile DS loved it too! Am now watching some cheesy Kate & Wills movie on Channel 5 as DH and DS have headed over to PIL for a quick visit. Must start making the dinner soon - roast pork with all the trimmings, nom!

Smegs Glad being away has taken your mind off things at bit - brooking hard to fantastic scan news tomorrow.

Sweetie Glad scan went ok!

Sparks I'm no chart expert but could that be an implantation dip today? Well done on 2 nights out in a row - that's hardcore in my book! Grin

TTFN

SweetieDoesIt · 29/04/2012 16:14

Sparks think you need to go rescue DH, outside electrical work is not a good idea in the pouring rain. Hmm

Solars nothing but heavy rain for days feels like weeks here too. Next doors garden is flooded, no grass visible any more Shock I am will get all my results at my next appointment with the consultant, we haven't got the actual appointment through but think it will be mid May.

Oh Olives I was watching the cheesy Kate & Wills thing too until DH came in and put footy on Smurfs sounds like fun too.

Maybe enjoy your roast, it is a great day for hearty roast dinner nom nom nom

whimsicalname · 29/04/2012 16:31

Afternoon all.

Gosh you've been so busy. Hope all is well smegs. A worrying time for you.

I can't possibly catch up with all you've been up to (although I have been checking on my phone in our holiday house). We've been in Sidmouth for the weekend. It's gorgeous, but golly there is n't much to do with 3 nippers in the rain. Obviously I can think of plenty to do in the rain without children.

I am beside myself with excitement at the prospect of a FB coven group, so I'm heading over there to see what's what.

maybe and smegs you seem to be in charge so I'll pm you my details. See you on the other side...

Coming on very quickly while DH is bathing DS to say that when I am next pregnant, I am totally going to announce my pregnancy and the baby's sex with a Facebook video of this:

www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2012/apr/28/british-mothers-party-cakes-babys-sex

My favourite quote from the article is:

"I hate baby showers because I didn't want people giving presents to a baby before it's born; it's unlucky and tacky. Then I saw all these videos on YouTube of women cutting open gender-revealing cakes in America and I thought it was a great idea."

Yes, that's right. Baby showers are tacky, but a 'gender-revealing cake' is totally fine!

Hmm Grin

solars, sweetie, ninja, the zoo was great thanks, quite wet to start with, but still very fun. I am knackered though, and for some reason agree to help with dd's pre school bluebell walk tomorrow, when I could have spent the morning on the sofa.

scrambled, brooking for you tomorrow. Glad everything is ok atm.

fluffy I cannot being kept awake, it leaves me in tears. I feel for you!

Huzzah, dp has just cooked dinner & I'm starving. Laters all......
