Welcome aboard ladies.
Please be seated, you may undo your seatbelts as soon as you see the SWI sign light up.

I'll be coming round with cake, biscuits and wine.

Come on girls, we can do it this month.

Heads held high and legs akimbo, off we go.

CandyPop · 09/03/2012 18:40

chunky congrats!!! ah the hattrick is on its way :)

mrstwinks as you can tell from my earlier posts i am going loopy and using you ladies to restrain me from testing.

As i said, ive been feeling cramps all week, woke up today with cramps, but this time round, it felt so much like AF cramps ...so not hopeful :(

Woke up this morning contemplating whether to test or not.... on one side to hold off until sunday and the other believing if POAS today then if its a negative then like better said, I can get on with the rest of the month before the next 2ww but again like better , i wouldnt trust the stick anyway if its a negative ! ..... . After half an hour of talking to myself in my hide, i actually took the sticks to the loo. I then sat on loo for 5 mins holding in my pee and thinking its now or never..... Ah but at last i resisted and held back. No point wasting a stick (even if its a cheapy one). I shall still strong and wait till sunday :)

so yes mrstwinks i too, Im driving myself mad!!!!

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 20:38

I almost tested today too Candy because I was feeling do rubbish - dizzy, faint, nauseous & wanted to rule pg out. However, I couldn't find a sensitive enough test in Sainsburys so bought some lotto tickets instead Blush Think its prob a virus as feel pretty rubbish with shivers & such, so unlikely to be anything else, so figured a few mill would take my mind of not being preggo!! Pipbin · 09/03/2012 22:10

So I now have EWCM, off to SWI!

Why can I not get a baby delivered from John Lewis?

OP posts:
Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 22:43

The delivery would be a hell of a lot less painful too Pipbin and would guarantee it for 5yrs. Plus, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, they'd refund you. Can't get that on the NHS Grin

Chunkychicken · 10/03/2012 14:52

I am NOT here and I'm definitely not saying anything but I'm fairly positive I know what our third bit of luck is this month and it isn't winning the lottery. I'm NOT going to test DH's patience or tempt fate but I can't wait to see if AF will stay away on Mon/Tues... Wink

Pipbin · 10/03/2012 15:54

Fingers crossed for you Chunky. Good luck holding off testing.

Kyzordz · 10/03/2012 19:01

Hi everyone, I know I'm new here and haven't yet posted but I had my implant removed 5 weeks ago Monday, and I decided to test today because I haven't had a period since the implant removal, and I got a BFP this morning. Tested again with a digital thingy, and that one agrees with the first. I'm really shocked that it's happened so fast, feeling a mixture of anxiety and excitement!! Wow!! I'm not quite sure it's sunk in yet lol! :) I just wanted to post it somewhere, wasn't sure where would be best! I hope it's ok to put it here :)

Crazytictac · 10/03/2012 19:56

Hehehe chunky, this is me NOT congratulating you yet :o :o :o. Some might say you are on a roll!

Welcome aboard kyzordz, prompt check in for you! :). Congratulations! Takes a while to sink in but magical feeling.

I'm having a turbulent flight. Convinced yest I was pg but today am sure I'm not.

Pipbin · 10/03/2012 20:08

Well hello and goodbye Kyzordz. That was a fleeting visit.

Right, lashings of EWCM today but a negative OPK so I'm off for a tour of the cockpit.

chunky it isnt going to work, pretending you have willpower.. i saw your post on the other thread Wink so what everyone else isnt saying!

Felt even more sick today than yesterday, but no more cramping, or even anything at all wrong except the overwelming urge to ! I might crack and use an internet cheapie tomorrow if I still feel the same. Not counting my symptoms chickens but...

MummyNickleby · 10/03/2012 22:34

I'm lurking on here since my first post.... AF is due Wed (but might be any time Tues - Fri) so if it's not here in a week then I can do a test...
My boobs really hurt with DS and they have been for a week or so but... I've started going to the gym and it might just be nipple chaffing from not owning a sports bra Blush
Anyway, my hormones are def doing something as I've been a bit angry / impatient but that's normal for this time of the month....
Fingers crossed for everyone Smile

CandyPop · 10/03/2012 23:42

Can't take it anymore.... Gonna poas for the very first time 2mo! Mild cramps are still here, suspicionsly very similar to AF cramps so not expecting much from results Hmm .... I just need to know either way ! Fingers crossed for a miracle !!!

CandyPop · 11/03/2012 07:10

Hmmm so I did the test just now and the results are inconclusive !!!! The control and negative line came out almost immediately and very dark. Couple minutes later I noticed a very faint positive line. When I mean faint, I mean ver very faint, dh checked and confirmed I wasnt seeing things.

Just wondered as it's sainsbury's cheapy one, 2 for £4.50 meant the stupid positive line is always like that?!?! Although quite sure it wasn't at first but now doubting myself!!!

Ah this was meant to ease my mind one way of the other!!!!

What do u ladies think????

Def still have AF like cramps this morning Confused

MrsTwinks · 11/03/2012 08:45

candy I would give it a day or two maybe and try again. It's possible it's a dud or that the hgc levels are really low so barely registering. I gave in and no line but I think I cracked too soon. Wink

CandyPop · 11/03/2012 10:16

mrstwinks yes i think if you are expecting AF to come on the 17th then you are probably testing to soon.

well, i cracked again! lol

I just wanted to make sure that i wasnt seeing things and/or first stick was a dud SO i opened another, this time used the pee in the container than dip in method. When i opened new stick I had a good old look to make sure that there wasnt any line at all.

THEN timed EXACTLY 20 secs, replaced lid, placed on flat surface and walked away. TIMED another 3 minutes before checking.

There is definitely a very faint line. The same as before ...... barely there , but it is there.

Still dont want to raise too much hope and as i dont have anymore sticks, i'm not going to be able to test again until i actually go buy some more. (Havent and not going to tell DH i did another one!)

Gonna leave it for 3 days and maybe test again on wednesday. By that time it would either be CD1 /CD3 of my new cycle (based on my recent shortest and longest cycles).

MrsTwinks · 11/03/2012 10:23

Blush I know but I cracked.. I need to know I'm not feeling this vomitty because dh cooked lol

Chunkychicken · 11/03/2012 11:10

We bought a new house!!! Grin Paid a bit more than its probably worth but within our budget and in the ideal location we wanted, so had to give in to his demands. But heh!!! We bought a new house. Now the real fun starts Wink

Candypop I would avoid those 'cross' style tests like the plague personally. I like it to be either a line or no line. Try Superdrug or Wilkinsons, they're sensitive ones. Fingers crossed and feeling exactly the same about barricading doors & windows... :)
