Winter I ended up having a week off work after mine, though they did let me go home the same day. It was my first General Anaesthetic and it knocked me sideways. Turned out to be an unnecessary procedure - my HSG indicated a blocked tube but the Lap proved otherwise.

We'll all get there in the end!

Gosh ladies lap sounds horrid. Hope it'll all be worth it in the end. What happened with yours then cave? Did they think you had endeo but found out you didn't by doing the lap?

Part of me would love a go at living on pizza KFC and WKD to see if the feckless lifestyle got me upduffed!

Someone v close to me claimed their pregnancy following a ONS was despite the use of a condom and I have no reason to disbelieve them.

No, the HSG had indicated I had a blocked tube so they decided to perform the lap to get a better look. When they went in they discovered both my tubes were absolutely fine and that what probably happened was that my tube went into spasm during the HSG and clamped itself shut Apparently it is fairly common!

JNO my excription makes lap sound grim, but it was so worth it! The most fantastic results. Used to have period pain so dreadful i would black out. Lap totally fixed it. It also magically changed my cycle from 5 weeks to 27 days on the dot. It is a kind of magical operation. :)

First pg announcement of the year at work, is someone who got married a few months before me so now everyone is going to sart saying 'ohhhh be you next'. Ffs I can seriously feel some sort of meltdown coming on, nearly cried this morning, I'm so stupid and it's so not fair. I really just can't stand it anymore and want to run away and hide. :(

Today is my birthday (yay ) but I got a sicky bug so have mostly loitered on the sofa! Did a pg test yesterday which was negative (which is fine as I hadn't expected to be fertile again for months after coming off the Depo)... So could have a birthday drink but feeling too sick! Rubbish!

Anyone know the difference between cheap pg tests and brand name ones? Except how impossible it is to get into the packaging of the cheap one!!

Oh Raspberry how awful. :-( How are you feeling now? I totally sympathise and know exactly how you feel. Put your feet up with some choccies tonight. Is your hubby/partner at home to give you a big hug? x

Thanks JNO. I don't really feel much better to be honest, I just feel poo at the moment and don't know how to feel better. Even DH has run out of things to say because I just don't want to hear it, I just want a baby and that's it. :(

Winter - I think I still am recovering lap & dye - currently have slight infection in belly button & none of the stitches have dissoved so nhave a Dr app on saturday!

Nearly - my DH has been downstairs watching fims till 2am & I know it's late in our cycle but SFF would be nice!!!

How long have you been trying for raspberry? I think my hubby feels exactly the same, he just doesn't know what to say, but I guess there isn't anything that anyone can say to make you feel better. As Fairy says, feel free to rant away to us.

Well, around 20 months I think, maybe a little longer. I was looking back through some old threads on here trying to work it out but didn't succeed. Watching OBEM now just to upset myself even more :)

Totally agree that we have been taught so much that looking at a penis will get us pregnant that you would think it would be easy to get pregnant.

I'm currently 10 days late on my AF coming. I just want it to come and go so we can properly get going with TTC. Actually been going at it like bunnies even though I'm pretty sure it's been the wrong days etc. Hoping we can keep it going this regularly for however long it takes :)

A small part of me wonders.... Could I be late for a good reason? Probably just the pill though. Will be testing on Saturday if it doesn't appear by then.

I hate guy like that angry one on OBEM tonight. Reminds me exactly of my ex! I still have dreams of the day I dumped him. It was just such an awesome feeling! Then met DH 2 weeks later :D
