Try ordering one of those REALLY early ones from Ebay, if you are excited to test then don't worry as they usually arrive next day.
They only cost about two quid for about 5.

How long before doc did test? I'm so impatient, it's only been 6 days and I'm desperate to test! I've also ordered early tests from ebay, 30 for £2.39 plus £1 postage! Bargain!!! Can't wait til they arrive.

Hi jenn1982...doc did the test Monday...but said for me to test in 5-7 days time (which by my calculations) would work out right. I've ordered 20 early sensitive from eBay for £3.55 including P&P! Than you & good luck to you also!

Me too, but only 6 days after possible conception,(I really am ridiculously impatient!!!) so keeping fingers crossed, and cupboard stocked with cheapie tests.

I'm thinking that as I have another 29 tests, every/every other day until af arrives (or not hopefully) will be my plan for peeing on sticks.
Last pregnancy I think I was at least 3 weeks+ before I got a positive, on cheap (supposedly early testing tests) and expensive tests. My boobs had been immensely sore/painful/untouchable for over a week before I tested positive.

jenn1982....that's good. No I got a bfn....so now I'm not sure what's going on.. All signs pointed to it. May just be late or my cycle is longer etc! X

can i gatecrash your thread? wifey and jen , hope you get a bfp soon.I am 6 weeks post mc and ttc. i think i ovulated 6 dys ago, positive opk and other little signs, today i had pinky brown spotting so could be start of af or maybe ib (but wont get ahead of myself, not really expecting anything this month). I have ordered 30 opk and 30 early preg tests from ebay and am going to start ttc properly after af, am i supposed to tke any other vits apart from folic acid?

I have just been taking folic acid just in case I get a bfp. Pregnacare do a conception vitamin tablet, a during pregnancy tablet, and I think an postnatal one too.
Until I know for definite, I didn't really want to splash out as we're not ttc, but if I get the bfp I want, then I'll be off to grab some. I took them throughout my 1st pregnancy.
I still have the possible IB, but it's so hard to be sure if it's just something else or not. It's definitely not af, but who knows if it's IB.
I have used one of the cheapie tests I bought pretty much every day since they arrived, even though I shouldn't test until Saturday coming!! All have been bfns, but then like I say, not supposed to test until Saturday. Last pregnancy I think I was 3 weeks before I tested positive too.

frazzled74....so sorry to hear of your mc.... Fingers crossed you get a bfp very soon. I took Folic acid about 2 months before ttc & for the recommended time it states when pregnant. Let's hope we all get bfps very soon!

Well, poss ib continues. I've done a lot of reading up on it, (well, on others' experiences of it), and it seems not many people get a bfp until a few days after their ib stops. So, I guess I'm waiting until then. Hoping today will be the last of it, as although Saturday there was a little, there was none sunday, but this is day 3 of consecutive bleed.
I'm still ridiculously impatient, and all this waiting is driving me MAD!!!!!!

My bleeding is still ongoing, although I'm hoping today is the last day of it( I think it is), coz the more I read up on it, the more I want an answer!

Yes I am...the early pregnancy sticks. AF was due Sunday/Monday. The pains are a bit sharp. It's probably the start of Af

Not really until after the bleeding has stopped. Af not due by my reckoning for over a week coz of my bizarre cycle.
