i only started the diet on monday but its going good, and the old bag is due 4thfeb, are you still got af/?

unfortunatly yes, shes still lingering. shouldnt be for much longer now though, sunday by the latest i expect. theres a programme on sky1 called Paul Macennar (sp?) will make you thin, that helps with weight loss, apperently it works too. ive been watching it and it makes a lot of sense. if you get the spare time, maybe take a look at it. good luck with the dieting anyway tho do you bother testing when af is due??

love spain (a little place called Nerja). year before last me and dp went to Fuerteventura, which was lovely, and would go back there. last year we went to the dom rep (in caribbean) and it was pants, had a dreadful time, but you win some you loose some i guess. italy is great, i like paris..ummm, dunno which one id say was my fave tho...have u been to greece/cyprus before?
