Congratulations xstitch!!!!

thinking glad you've got an appointment with the specialist. Hopefully they'll get it removed nice and quickly and you can get back to ttc. Let us know how you get on.

I feel so much better for trying to relax during the 2ww after my nightmare with Internet cheapies. And actually the 2ww seems to be going much quicker!

weimy · 02/04/2011 22:47

Ladies I need your advice. My mum is taking us to Drayton Manor next week. I don't want to tell her yet so what can I go on so that I have a nice day, don't make it too obvious but don't do anything risky?

goingmadtrying · 03/04/2011 00:15

Congrats xstitch

Just wanted to say "happy mothers day " to all you lovely ladies and a good luck to everyone due to test today :)

xstitch · 03/04/2011 08:23

Got myslef a bit worried this morning. Couldn't resist testing again. Used a CB and the result came up fast and darker than yesterday. Then used cheapy in same urine and it is so faint almost looks negative. So tried another cheapy out another box (had bought 2 boxes of 3) and it is definitely positive although not that dark Confused. I guess the CB is more reliable and 2 out 3 positive is good. Guess I am going to end up looking for a shop today.

goingmadtrying · 03/04/2011 09:09

xstitch step away from the tests I think your going to get yourself more worried, congrats and try to enjoy mothers day x

sevendwarves · 03/04/2011 10:15

xstitch congratulations, you are pregnant, and Internet cheapies are shit, I won't be buying them again.

Looking forward to finding out on Tuesday if AF arrives or not, DH said last night he'd be surprised if I'm not pregnant, he seems to sense these things and was correct with DS.

MickyLee · 03/04/2011 10:40

Ooo.. Just got a twinge near my left ovary. Last month I had one on my right! I am on CD9 so maybe it is my ovary preparing its self Grin

Do tell me if I am being OTT

MickyLee · 03/04/2011 10:43

seven let's hope your DH is right :)

olismum23 · 03/04/2011 11:41

lucybrad · 03/04/2011 13:22

Hi, I just wanted to pop on and give you all some positive vibes. This time last year i was on cycle 8 and was getting fed up on jumping off one bus onto another, infact i was ready to give up altogether as I was 38, and felt I had left it too late. Anyway that was a year ago, and now I am sitting here waiting for DD1 to wake from her lunch time nap. She is 3 months old and born 23rd december. So think positive, it might not happen this month but chances are it will happen. Good luck all!!!

goingmadtrying · 03/04/2011 13:56

That's really lovely lucybrad happy mothers day :)

MickyLee · 03/04/2011 18:13

Lucy thank you for your positive vibes. Congratulations on the birth of your DD :)

goingmadtrying · 03/04/2011 19:27

Omg something really strange just happened to me when I went to the loo, ok TMI alert I was due on Tuesday nothing really showed until Thursday and then it's been very light and hardly anything at all, I have still had sore boobs so was thinking it was a possibilty just a breakthrough bleed and bfp just hadn't shown yet, somehow felt pregnant!! Anyhow just been to loo and lots of bright red blood and whilst sitting down felt something obviously a blood clot passing, checked in toilet water bright red and a dark mass at bottom, when wiped more clots!!! I'm also now getting cramps, do you think I could of had mmc and bfn on weds was too early to show positive really confused :(

orangehead · 03/04/2011 19:53

Hi Lucy, congratulations on the birth of your dd.
I dont know going, do you normally have blood clots with af? Every now and again I have really werid af's that are so differen from normal. I think sometimes are body just likes to confuse us. Hope you ok. How are things now?

cookiemonster100 · 03/04/2011 20:05

Hi all, congrats on all the BFP's and boo hiss to the witch if she got you!!
In RL, SIL has just come out of hospital due to complications from her mc, so have been caught up in that. They still don't think she has lost everything, and will have to go back in a week for a scan. I am not sure why they won't give her a D&C, instead they have given her 3 tablets. What ever they do, they will never take away the pain.

CD 12 and got my peak on my CBFM so have been SWI. I saw the doctor on Thurs and they are running some test on me and DH Grin then we will see the outcome.

Thinking - good luck with your appt on Thursday, hope it goes well
Tanif - any update? Apologies if you have already mentioned it. When I left here we were on pg 6 and now look where we are!!
Spidookly - How are you me old mucker?! How was your mothers day?

Rest of you - Happy mothers day to all mummies, and the rest of us who are still waiting for our turn - PMA- it WILLbe out turn next yr Smile

cookiemonster100 · 03/04/2011 20:07

Going - can you contact NHS direct to fine out? Hope you are ok xx

sevendwarves · 03/04/2011 20:41

going I second calling NHS direct. How big was this dark mass? FWIW if you were pregnant the foetus would be smaller than a kidney bean at this stage.

AF is due in a couple of days, my cervix is higher and softer today and I have loads of white CM (sorry tmi), could that be a symptom or am I having a really random cycle? Any ideas appreciated!

sevendwarves · 03/04/2011 20:43

Sorry going meant to say I hope you're ok and try not to worry. I prescribe a hot water bottle and chocolate.

goingmadtrying · 03/04/2011 21:02

It wasn't huge just really strange cramps have eased off but still bleeding alot more than normaljuat wondering if it's my first real period since comingoff pill in nov?????
Thank you for all your thoughts I'm at work so will see how things are when I get home later xxx

seven I had lots of creamy White cm last week so not sure hopefully it's a sign fx :)

weimy · 03/04/2011 22:19

Hugs going x

MickyLee · 04/04/2011 08:28

going Did you call NSH direct? if so what did they say? Have you been ill or very stressed which could of caused strange and delayed AF?
Sounds like a very early MC though doesn't it (no experience to justify that comment btw)

Cookie Sorry about your sil. hope she is ok and can go on to try again once she is better :(

Nothing to report here except haven't SWI very much at all yet. DC are full of cold and have been creeping in our bed at night plus DH has been home past my bedtime all week so not had the chance. Managed to SWI twice in the last 10 days Angry

I put my foot down and told him to finish work earlier for the next few days because I will be very upset if I AF visits at the end of the month because we havn't even tried. He is a workaholic and drives me md sometimes.
