Good news for the BFPs, bad news for the BFNs and torturous waiting for the rest of us...

Just checked the bank balance and gave myself a bit of a shock. Had to buy a new set of tyres for my car and DPs this month so it looks like we'll have plenty of time next cycle for lots of cosy nights in and swi if this month isn't our month!

I'm pretty sure the evil witch is winging her way to my door. The cramps haven't let up and last night I went ballistic with DP for giving me incomprehensible directions while I was driving...

Yes it is tanif but I don't have sore breasts yet and I usually do. I also have waves of nausea which I don't usually get. My body is confusing me a bit.

It seems like our bodies enjoy playing cruel tricks on us. But I still have my fingers crossed for a BFP for you (and everyone else who hasn't been caught out already)

The rest of you will just have to wait before I count you out. Early BFNs and not feeling pregnant don't count for much. :)

xstitch - I think when you are paying such close attention to your body it's bound to confuse you. Every twinge is a possible symptom, so it's very hard to know for sure what's going on at this stage. It's a big of a mind melt.

Ds has a temp and a cold that started the night before last. I have started with a sore throat and my temp when up to 36.9 degrees this morning. The trouble is I can deal with a sore throat but I don't want a temp when charting, going to muck things right up!

And sorry for those feeling down...the 2ww is so tough emotionally. I've been trying to explain to DH that it just totally takes it out of you as everything that your body does makes you wonder he keeps telling me to chill out and relax but not so easily done!!

On the 'symptom' front I'm feeling v bloated, lots of CM and constant warm/damp feeling down there (sorry TMI), soooo tired and have a head ache/nausea but that might all be linked to pre-holiday overwork to get stuff finished! Am sure my boobs are feeling bigger but that has happened the last two cycles so can't really rely on that! Now 4DPO and going to try and hold off testing for another week...

Congrats for all the BFPs and so sorry for AF's.

I've been wiped out since Tuesday with an awful sickness/flu type bug. Feeling so weak and pathetic and a little gutted as haven't managed any SWI, although pretty sure it would be too early in cycle anyway but would be nice to get some practice in

Hi all just checking in - another BFN for me this morning (CD53) but I seem to have EWCM so maybe my body is having another go at trying to ovulate, who knows we'll SWI just in case

Thanks for all of the birthday wishes for DS, it was a lovely day and brought back all sorts of memories from 12 months ago (some good some not so... smile] ) we've got lots of family descending upon us tomorrow for a little party which will be lovely.

Has anyone on here ever tried agnus castus? A friend of mine swears it got her up the duff while she was taking the pill but I'm not sure if it should only be taken until ov or if it should be taken right the way through the cycle. Every article on google seems to be contradictory...

Can I come aboard? This is 2nd cycle TTC #1. On day 14 of 27-29 UCL. CB OPKs all O so far and have had no SWI due to feeling rubbish for last week. Going to lock ourselves this weekend away, disregard OPKs & blindly hope it's not too late.

Ok Now there are tests in the house so more strength will be needed.

I, meanwhile, have been considering the possibility that I got my ov date wrong. I had side pains on both 17th and 19th and as I came off pill at end of Feb (and had no withdrawal bleed) my AF date is a guess based on pre-pill days. So my testing this week cld be just a little early. Clutching at straws? Moi? Agh!

Gah! Just went to the loo and there's a single brown splotch in my underwear as well as discoloured cm. I don't spot before af, I always know it's here when I start gushing (tmi - sorry!) I know in my heart I'm setting myself up for disappointment but........

Tanif I tried taking it for about a month before ttc, not long enough, as my cycle and hormones are all screwed up. I have heard it supposed to be really good for sorting you out. But decided I couldnt wait to ttc any longer and was'nt sure if safe to take while ttc so stopped.

Thanks Seven, yes using fertlity friend. Did a bit of reading last night about it and realised disturbed sleeping can affect. All this week I have been sleeping terribly, have been waking every hour and not had much sleep (probably why I felt so down yesterday), also full of a cold. Didnt start temping till day 5. I feel very certain I have already ov but my chart is up and down and it not showing up. It would suit me if I already have as lots of swi at right time if Im right and non since due to dh ill, he still ill so swi unlikely in next few days. So decided I will carry on temping but going to ignore this month as sleep may have affected it. If I do that wont feel so bad that I might be missing vital swi now.

But if it still not making sense next cycle I might be asking your opinion. But think best to think already ov as not alot I can do now (unless dh suddenly feels better tonight)

Evening all, gawd I'm happy that week is over, had a dreadful week at work, just wanna give up now and be a mummy . one of my colleagues went on maternity leave today, our office is pretty dreadful as we are all about the same age and mostly women, so at the mo, we've 3 on maternity leave, 1 pregnant and 1 just recently back, I know at least 3 of us trying-depressing!

I think I'm giving up charting and just going to use my cbfm...
