Hello thank you all for your lovely texts and posts. I will write a long post about the day when I get a chance. The CS was a lovely calm experience, helped by a great team of staff. Oscar is very long and skinny and has huge blue eyes. Unfortunately we are still in recovery. He has been having problems maintaining his temperature and his blood sugar levels are too low. We are waiting for more blood results to come back but if they don't show any improvement he will be admitted to SCBU. The ward won't take him until his blood sugars are ok so we are stuck in limbo land. Hopefully we will know what is going to happen soon.

Really hope you both get to the ward soon. If he has to go to SCBU for a wee while so beit, all that matters is you recover and he gets his strength up, let's face it he will need it with two big brothers

Just have to mark my cheers of jubilation for our new Emmsys graduate no 18 on our wonderful thread before this special and emotional day is out! Little prayer that our new little man is strong and healthy and even if he does need a short stop in SCBU that it wont be for long! Oscar got taken into SCBU last night . I turned into a blubbering hormonal wreck. I'm really hoping they have managed to get his blood sugar up overnight and it's only a brief stay. I've got a little video of him on my phone which DH sent me so I'm watching that to see my little man. Apparently Isaac waved at the phone and said "hello Oscar" last night when he saw the video

Im sitting watching Devon who has a fever after her Jabs/ jags yesterday. POor thing is a weak, hot little sleepy mess. Hopefully it will pass soon, in the mean time im enjoying being able to sit down with her....

barbie I can't imagine how unhappy dolly is - a temperature when its already that hot really can't be fun. But enjoy the cuddles and the rest, knowing her, it won't last. BTW, babybelle remembered how to use her mumchkin pot yesterday!

lbm yeah for babybelle remembering to use the pot Dolly is perking up a bit now, we just went out and bought her something like this
She soon cheered up and is doing my head but beeping the horn all the time! The plan is to push around the malls in it, as she always wants to ride on the cuddle carts (not sure you have then in uk, but basically a push along car much like the one we bought) and if we don't let her she rarely wants to stay in the pram for longer than a few minutes before wanting to walk!

louey have you had the dreaded first shower, the one where you stand for the first time and the amount of blood looks like something from the exorcist? I remember thinking that i would never be able to stand up straight again! Sorry this isnt helping is it? I hope everything is ok, i want to know how the twins are when they first meet their new baby bro

Bought a potty today , he's not ready yet but I thought he could just get used to it being around. He's been sitting on it and pushing it around like a car . I'm not getting my hopes up, Cjay was 3 before he was dry, so I'm just going to follow Ajays lead on this.

tough 24 hours here with D, fever still here and she just wont settle, i think we were up from 9pm until 2.30am last night. Nursery wont allow her to attend today (and there was me planning an hour in the sun and relaxing )
