On saturday night, we went to sainsbugs to get dinner (oh, it's sooo hard shopping for dinner when you're hungry! it takes too long because you go "no, don't fancy that, don't fancy that...could get that, but we had similar the other day...")
anyway, i had the piss sticks on my mind, so i went to the "health" aisle to check out prices.
DH came over and went "we've still got loads of those left!" - told him we wouldn't be using them for a while (the condoms were on the shelf above) and that i was looking at piss sticks. didn't even bat an eyelid. the man's far too calm!

I didn't buy any.

Crow - i think you're the same as me. I think i'm about 7DPO, assuming I ov'd on day 14. But am refusing to test for 2 weeks, as last cycle was 33 days. Cannot bear another BFN.

I meant with the Tuesday Testers gang - obviously i have no idea when ERTD is due, so i don't know if i've missed it - I have been feeling odd and queasy (not sick) and a bit faint for about 4 weeks on and off.
i'm worried about my blood (but secretly hoping it's symptoms)

is DPO days past ovulation?

I think i've just finished doing that (bloody odd back pain and stabbing in my right side)

Yes to DPO. when was your last ERTD?

Not many people actually get as definite symptoms as that, Nickel over ov. Maybe the pantsnot and temp rise, but I know you don't do that. (me neither)

got2 I'm going to try avoid testing until CD35 - usually have a 27/28 day cycle, but I want to be sure I'm late and get an accurate result

Another 'symptom' I've just noticed - stuffy nose!

I think i normally get something similar - it's not a hurting stabbing, just a dig (like someone's poking me). I don't know.
i did get pant snot, as well, but that was a few days ago now (that's what made us have our last spurt of Jsing, made easier to do cos DH was on holiday! )

I am feeling a little bit strange I must say. This time last week I wasn't even thinking babies, had just put it at the back of my mind (for those who didn't see my other thread, me and DP talked about having a baby last year, but said no due to practical reasons such as his age, the fact we are building a house in the garden and having an extension this summer, work etc). But now I could be pregnant we are delighted and excited.

I was going to go home at lunchtime and POAS - but I walked to the end of my car, stood there looking for it all confused, and then realised that DP has got my car today. Talk about braincells in retreat!

Is stomach cramping a symptom of early pregnancy - I had what can only be described as period pain type cramps on Saturady (I never ever get period pain normally).

If your last ERTD was only just before NYE and you think you've only just ov'd (although that is quite late) you're prob a bit early to test just yet. Although it is always fun, esp with one of BB cheapies!!

and i'm sure it's just wishful thinking too - this kind of thing just doesn't happen to me! I'm probably just out-of-fitness and being a bit under the weather (but the dizziness is new...)

oooh re period pains.

Nickel - you definitely need to test! especially if you have got 1000 el cheapo tests (HOW do those robbers at Clearblue get away with charging £8!). Especially if you are feeling dizzy.

I am feeling very out of it tbh. Nothing is wrong with me but I am a bit distant and daydreanmy. I was in a meeting earlier and I could 'hear' them saying 'getorf, getorf' but I was in a world of my own.

So it is either pregnancy, or early onset madness

i'm waiting for the ones from BB - she said she'd post them on Saturday, so they will be here any day now (if she did post them on Saturday!) that's a good thing - it's supposed to stop me thinking about it!
