Hi ladies,
sorry I dropped my news and then disappeared, it was my day at home with DS so he kept me occupied while I tried (unsuccessfully) to stop going back to the stick to have another look
Izz looks like you're heading into the crucial zone, don't forget to let that EWCM do its job and give yourself & DH a break, missing a day can really help the sanity.
getdown those are lovely high temps. Higher than you usually get. I hope they hang around for a bit but if the temps at this point in your cycle are causing more stress then maybe just give it a rest for a couple of days til you get to 12dpo? The others on here might kill me for suggesting it though
And someone very wise said to me another thread, the symptoms you get before a BFP are most likely normal cycle ones, it's the symptoms AFTER the bfp that matter and even then they vary hugely from pregnancy to pregnancy. I know you just want know. You need distraction...got any hobbies?
Pippa it does look like your body is trying to get there but not quite managed it yet. Hopefully in a day or so? I think you LP will probably stay about the same though, so just have a slightly longer cycle.
Spilt ugh, that is horrible. Poor you. How many weeks are you now?
Batteryhen I am very
to think of you doing your pom pom chicken dance for me.
Thanks for all the congratulations and happy wishes. It really does help to push some of the fear away and remind me to relax and enjoy the moment as much as possible. Terrys I had two miscarriages last year, one in late April and the other August. The nurse at the EPU referred me for testing as she knew I'd had three in total and am over 35. The tests showed I have the Leiden Factor V variation which can cause increased risk of clotting and is associated with increased rates of miscarriage. I also have PCOS, but that seems to be fairly well controlled as my cycles are regular, the PCOS is also an increased risk for MC. -- the odds aren't really in my favour
. Anyway, the clotting stuff gets treated with aspirin and daily injections of either clexane or heparin, once the pregnancy is confirmed by a scan at 5 weeks. Just have to get that scan done...
I'll be lurking and stalking ...
