Excitement over ladies.......
Brown spotting and cramps today so I guess that's AF arriving early this month. Sad God knows why my cycle is so erratic and what on earth has been making me feel so crap this last week.

JS- i tested everyday for a week b4 i got BFP i must be an idiot to lol, there was just part of me that knew i was pg

Whywait- i will give lots of advice it may however be complete rubbish tho Grin

baby is getting really strong now and the movement r making my belly move up and down, he hasnt stopped moving round all day, feeling pretty exhausted tody, havnt really done much either apart from the usual, give DD breakfast and lunch, tidy kitchen and front room, put a wash out to dry put another wash on, and take DD to toddler group, now i can barely pry myself off the couch and DD is like a whirlwind of energy running round house and shouting in a language i cant understand it goes a bit like this blabba vamafdsfah Hmm

strawberrypie · 17/01/2011 16:51

It really is great to get all the inside info from the pregnant ladies!

JS keep positive.... implantation bleeding is often a few days before period.

Im experiancing the 'joy' of morning sickness Sad this morning i only made it as far as the bathroom, (not as far as the loo) before being sick all over the floor.

I had only had 2 mouthfuls of cereal and a few sips of tea but there was loads.

HATE being sick, but thankfully OH cleared it all up for me, Blush while i continued vomiting into the toilet.

Managed to eat some lunch so i guess i should be greatful i had actual morning as opposed to all day sickness that some people have.

Have already decided i HATE being pg and perhaps 4 is not such a good idea after all!

As for pg tests, sorry i have no idea about super drugs own, sorry Sad

nannyl- i knw a lot of people who hate being pg i must say i am enjoying it more this time than last time maybe because it will probably be the last time im pg, i was lucky that i never got morning sickness had a good few weeks of nausea but never actually was sick, hopefully it wont last long

Whywait- DP has just took DD up for a bath he didnt get in from work till half 6 and im shattered, DD seems to have secretly drank 10 litres of lucozade or something today dont know where she gets all her energy, how am i goingto cope with another one lol

as for names me and DP have lots that either one of us like but none that we both like going for 3D scan in 3 weeks to confirm whether its a boy and then we will have 5o knuckle down and start thinking of names and buying stuff, by this stage with DD i had god knows how many lists of things i needed, i was working full time with lots of time sat at a desk bored to write them in tho :)

so if anyone has any name suggestions feel free to let me know

hope everyone else is doing well JS will be coming online in the morning to check how your getting on, its ashame were all not local to each other that we cud have meet ups one babys r born etc

jbells · 17/01/2011 18:59

oh and mrs s i agree with why wait some people have symptons write away i had a few like my boobs went massive and really painful first time round but didnt this time so it even varies from pg to pg

squirrel007 · 17/01/2011 19:03

bebe amazing cake! I reckon you could easily set up your own crafty business if you decide against teaching :)

nannyl really sorry to hear about the sickness :( I also decided in the first trimester that I hated being pg, although felt bad saying that as I am excited to think about being a mum. DH understood though (I think) and was great when I was feeling rough. It should pass soon though - mine eased off quite a lot as early as 10 weeks. Also noticed a lot of black/grey/white maternity clothes, but I wear those sorts of colours for work anyway and will jazz the stuff up with a few coloured accessories.

jbells can't believe you're 22 weeks already! Over half way Grin your DD's made-up language sounds very cute.

MrsS I had pg symptoms (in hindsight!) at about 3.5 weeks, even when the pg test was -ve. I was super tired and my bra size went up! Got nausea, extreme tiredness and going to the loo all the time around 6 weeks.

Am keeping my fingers crossed for all the ttcers this month :)

I am definitely into the "feeling fat not pg" stage now! The trousers I bought in a size up are getting snug, and most of my pre-pg clothes don't fit now. Am putting off clearing my wardrobe out and boxing them all up. I don't know how obvious it is to others though, probably not as much as I imagine! Another week or two and I might shift to my new maternity clothes (am kind of excited about being able to wear them!)

whywait- I have been feeling both exited and a little bit daunted about TTC. I am a bit worried that my cycles are still not settled after coming off the pill in October and am not sure if I am am even ovulating. I started taking my temps this month and am on CD15 and have not had a thermal shift yet despite my CM peaking two days ago which is a bit confusing. Time will tell! There is such a lot of waiting involved in this whole process and I am only on my first month so I can't imagine how you are feeling!

Never mind GOML's POAS thread, this is far more exiting JS! Can't wait for tomorrow!

jbells- sounds like a perfect evening! We have had a Mexican night tonight and will be watching Glee later (I am such a geek!)

Hope the sickness does not last long nannyl. Bebe has the best advice on anti-nausea remedies!

JustShaggingForNow · 17/01/2011 20:32

Pretty sure AF will arrive tomorrow as the cramps are really bad now and although it's very early and really light I think I can say fir sure that I'm back to waiting!!! :(

MrsSatsuma · 17/01/2011 21:38

Darn it :( Sorry to hear that JS. Hoping the lucky thread gets lucky for all of us un-pg ones soon!

bebejones · 17/01/2011 22:48

Feeling pretty low & miserable & don't want to drag you all down. Was just checking in while I can (internet dodgy still) & saw how busy it was in here!

JS - We wait with bated breath! Just hoping that you get the best result for you, whether that be +ve or -ve, it seems like there are pros & cons for both!

I also had cramps for 2 weeks when PG with DD. I really thought AF was going to arrive hence why I tested so early! I just had to know if the bitch was gonna show up & ruin my wedding! Wink

Need to go to bed, but feeling anxious about having more bad dreams. Haven't had a decent night now in over a week, not been this tired since DD was a newborn! :(
