Luce what a total display of incompetence. No wonder you are fuming mad. What are they going to do about it now?

knitter step away from the sticks! I won't be putting money on it though I used 8 last month. I've started the ov sticks two days too early cos I can't keep away from sticks. Hopefully feeling pregnant is a very good sign. Fingers crossed for a Friday bfp then?

Luce2006 · 12/10/2010 21:38

kat2504 they said they were going to get it ready for me but I bet if I go there at the end of the week it's still not ready....

Luce2006 · 12/10/2010 21:40

PeevedEve good luck with the charts! Mine are always all over the place thanks to my lovely DS...Angry

PeevedEve · 12/10/2010 21:56

Thanks luce. I half-heartedly charted when trying for DD but it didn't take so long last time and I'm getting desperate now! I've registered with Fertility Friend also so will be interesting to see what's happening.

It's so infuriating when you can only have the tests at a certain time in your cycle and they've wrecked your chance this cycle

ravenlocks · 12/10/2010 22:00

Oh no, inbetweener, so sorry for you. Lots of hugs from me too.

Luce what a disaster, sounds like they couldn't have cocked it up more if they tried. Let's hope they redeem themselves v soon.

ravenlocks · 13/10/2010 08:20

Urgh, grapefruit juice again for breakie. Has this actually resulted in more EWCM for anyone?

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 08:56

Morning all. 7 DPO for me now. Bored......

LadyGoneGaga your temps took quite a dip today, did you take it really early?

Teds77 · 13/10/2010 10:37

Huges for inbetweener and a Angry to share Luce's crossness at Dr.

Fingers crossed for cep

ravenlocks what is grapefruit juice meant to do? Generate more EWCM?!

I got a Smile from my ClearBlue OPK this morning which pretty much tallies with my UCL. Yes very expensive but am convincing myself that I'll just do it this one month... Honest...

DH is back tonight from working away from home so am going to channel Knitter's SWI strength Grin

Wombat33 · 13/10/2010 10:48

Morning all. I'm trying the grapefruit juice to. I'm hoping it will give me more EWCM this month. We'll see! AF has now left and so I started poas again this morning waiting for my smiley face. Sod's law it will come while my DH is on business next week but we can only hope it holds off til he gets back!

LadyGoneGaga · 13/10/2010 11:42

No, Getdown. I did one really early which was low but went back to sleep, got up at normal time and still really low. Either my hormones are still all over the place due to mc (probable) or it might be an implantation dip (unlikely but hopeful). Fingers crossed the latter.

Guys, don't use Clearblue OPK's unless you want to bankrupt yourselves! The cheapy ones work fine and you don't mind testing twice a day in case you miss the surge. This cycle I went through a whole pack of CB and thought bugger this and sent off for some from Access Diagnostics for much cheapness. And had a really clear positive on two days which tallied with EWCM, cervix position, ov pain and temp shift. Don't believe the CB hype!

Have, ahem, fun tonight, Teds. And hope you get your smiley when your DH is around Wombat!

KnitterNotTwitter · 13/10/2010 12:25

go for it Teds!

And for those of you who thought i'd test again before the weekend - you were right. Still no line though :(

Might try and wait a bit longer rather than make myself nervous/miserable :)

Teds77 · 13/10/2010 12:45

Am re-posting the list as I'm clearly so overwhelmed with thoughts of SWI I couldn't quite work out whether Knitter was testing for ov or pg.

Knitter if you are 7dpo (I think?) that is still very early. I reckon try to hold out for a few more days as (and appreciate I'm guessing) based on the stats on tests you're still very likely to get a BFN for the next few days even if you are BFP. Stay hopeful and stay away from the sticks Smile!

I know, I know - The OV testing worked well and I'm sure we were SWLI (shagging with lots of intent) on the 'right' days. So it's PG testing now. Definitely need to not test until at least the weekend :)

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 13:14

LadyGoneGaga hope it was an implantation dip for you!

knitter I am 7DPO too, was thinking of testing either monday or tuesday. By the look of my chart we timed it right too, but as this is our first cycle of trying, I am not expecting anything Smile

Have got slight crampy, heavy feeling in the baby house area, but keep thinking I am perhaps imagining it Hmm

Also seems to be more creamy CM than normal, but again, that could be subjective.

Glad you got the smiley Teds - have fun!

Do you ladies tell your DH's the ins and outs of the cycle, or do they just trust you that when you pounce on them it is the right time?? I told my DH about it and showed him my charts but he looked a bit Confused. Also I guess it must seem strange to him that the second part of the cycle (post ov.) I leave him alone!!

cep · 13/10/2010 14:13

Sorry to hear it's been such a nightmare luce.
knitternottwitter i'm the same i always thought being tired was supposed to be the woman's excuse.

ok so this morning i've done 3 tests. 1 ebay cheapy, 1 tesco's own and then (picture this if you can) 1 cb in the work's toilet. (heehee) yep that line's there, according to the cb 3weeks+ so i guess i'd be due in June. i think it's you lot, i was getting negatives till i joined here, so thanks everyone. :-)

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 14:32

wow cep that's wonderful! Congratulations!! That baby just did not want to be a July baby!

Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile Smile

cep · 13/10/2010 14:53

Thank you. i feel a bit of a cheat as i've only been a memeber for about 3 days. But really thought i wouldn't be yet.

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 14:57

no cheating in this game Wink

A BFP is a BFP, and we're all pleased for you, no matter how new you are Smile

KnitterNotTwitter · 13/10/2010 15:34

great news cep...

Ooooo was just walking back from town and started getting quite sharp achey pains on the right hand side.... so much so I had to slow down and it felt quite uncomfortable walking.

It's stopped now but still have a kind of dull, heavy feeling.

What do you think ladies? I am 7DPO

LadyGoneGaga · 13/10/2010 16:52

Congratulations again, Cep Grin

Getdown hopefully implantation? I keep thinking same but is prob bowel related!

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 16:53

Oooo do you think so?

Greeneyesbigbottom · 13/10/2010 16:59

Hi everyone, sorry this a bit rushed so havent had time to read down the thread. Hope everyone is ok!

I think today is OV day. Is 10 days long enough now for an egg to get comfy???

I've used CBFM before and always peaked on 15/16 16/17 of 27/28 day cycle.

Better go get my sexy lingerie on

GetDownYouWillFall · 13/10/2010 17:04

Greeneyesbigbottom Grin to your evil cackle. Also Grin to "in a rush" - bet you are Wink Have fun!

What do you mean is 10 days long enough, do you mean your LP is 10 days and is that long enough to implant - yes I think so... but any less than 10 may be problematic

Mylittlebubble · 13/10/2010 17:14

Hi Girls, I have been looking for the July Bus for ages and couldn't find you all!! Can I join the gang? I have added myself to the list.

This is our 4th cycle since my miscarriage. My doctor also suspects I had a very early miscarriage last month so it seems getting preg might not be the issue just keeping the little beans!!

This is my first month using OP sticks which has kept me sane during the month not sure if I will be able to stay away from POAS early as I am a little obsessed!!!
