Hi all,
Shirley what a nightmare with the milk thing, you must have a headache. There are so many contradictory sources of information, and none of them seem to offer a definitive answer.
Zita says go organic because milk which is non-organic may be full of hormones, oestrogen to be specific, which I suppose could interfere with the hormone regime for IVF. On the other hand plenty of women get pg and don't drink organic milk. Anyhow, organic milk is easy to get hold of and not very expensive, compared to oat milk or yak's milk or whatever.
Re the exercise, I walked miles when I was expecting DS and when I fell pg years ago I was doing quite a bit of running and walking. It could just be that I weighed less because of the exercise that I conceived? I have seen a report which suggests more than three hours of exercise a week can impact on fertility, but I don't remember the exact details.
If you google it you will probably find it.
The no exercise thing seems a bit over the top, surely people need a bit of exercise to keep their respiratory system in good shape.
Sorry, I haven't really helped, but I hope you find a way that suits you.
Lissy I hope your boiler is sorted soon.
Italian I'm glad to hear that your doctor is helping. What is the clotting indicator?
Keziah poor you having to eat fish. I'm not a huge fan either.
LAW how are you getting on?
My news is that that the red clover seems to be working (scared to type that) because I'm on CD11 and haven't had a positive OPK, so I'm hoping I have pushed back ovulation.
I've got a flight booked for next Tuesday.
Can't believe how much money I have wasted on changing flights and booking the wrong flights!! I'm such a thicko! Luckily I'm hugely wealthy
