Welcome aboard the beanie express
Wishing everyone sucess on their TTC journey, and hope that the journey is travelled with friends.

It's a beautiful day today so I hope that that rubs off on our new thread and that we'll soon be seeing some beautiful days here too.

Lots of love to one and all

Hello Handbag - sorry posts crossed.

Due today, have lots of tummy cramps, so feeling a bit unsure. Feel absolutely knackered, deep down bone tired but otherwise nothing - oh did buy strawberry nesqik at the weekend and it was one of my things with DS.

How are you doing? hope you had a good weekend?

Harrizeb · 19/09/2005 16:40

We don't shock easily here

Ah ha the John Wayne approach, worked for Munz .

JAG123 · 19/09/2005 16:59

Hi all

Debbsy - I'm glad that you got good test results. I hope that your family are getting better.

Harrizeb - Got everything crossed for you. Are you ever usually late?

Welcome Stacey - Hope you get your BFP quickly.

I'm on cd9 so gearing up. Not going to use opks this month i'm going to take a leaf out of Milosmum book and just relax & wing it. Had reflexology on Sat it was great & i really needed it DD has had a nasty cold & still hasn't done a full day at school yet!

Milosmum - How are you getting on with your new dog?

Hope everyone else is ok?
J

Harrizeb · 19/09/2005 17:00

Oops sorry munz .

Might have to leave CE to you though Vigo Mortenson is more my cuppa .

It's a good job DP/DH's don't read ths site!!

Stacey!! DS decided he wasn't waiting to be our planned honeymoon baby so was 5mths pg on our wedding day !! Wouldn't be without him and sounds like you're the same too .
So now have the 'novelty' of trying and boy did that wear off quickly.

Should have said earlier wishing you a very short stay on here.

thanks and good luck to you too, i now have dd on my lap putting pens doown my top, now why do i want another????

HandbagAddiction · 19/09/2005 17:06

Harriezb - really keeping my fingers crossed for you. Hope all those signs are the 'right' ones!

I'm OK - bit worried today though as all my symptons seem to have disappeared - the sickness and sore boobs and all I'm left with is AF like cramping. So mega-paranoia alert...I'm not thinking the whole thing is about to pear shaped.

Crazy I know as if it does all go wrong there's nothing I can do about it anyway...but I guess I've just joined the 9 month roller coaster of worry....

JAG123 · 19/09/2005 17:14

DH & i watched Dr Who last night too mised a few the first time round (clashed with DD bedtime). I thought CE made a great Dr he will be hard to follow.

Handbag - Hopefully it means you will have an easy pg, I hardly had any at the beginning with DD. Have you been to the Docs for confirmation yet?

HandbagAddiction · 19/09/2005 17:17

Jag - at our surgery, they don't want to see you until you're 9 weeks and it's straight to the midwife for a booking appointment. The GPs don't get involved initially at all.

I guess the only thing about now being symptom free is that I was feeling really rough and now I feel OK...hence the concern - I would have though if all was OK I'd be getting even more symptons not less!

JAG123 · 19/09/2005 17:47

i'm sure everything will be fine, but i can understand that it is natural to worry.

milosmum · 19/09/2005 19:14

Jag- dog is doing great. just getting used to how bloody needy they are- its like having 2 kids! im used to cats just coming and going as they please but - hey!- i ve lost 3 lbs in a week just from walking him!!! got to be good right!

Welcome Stacey.

Harrizeb · 19/09/2005 22:30

Evening ladies,

Well did a test and its BFN - was a Tesco own brand so not sure if I'm just too early. Will have to wait and see, umm patience is not in a plentiful supply at the moment , I'll wait until Thursday and if AF isn't here by then I'll test again. I am on tenderhooks this is daft!!

Handbag - I'm sorry that you are worrying, fingers crossed it's as Jag says and you're just going to have an easy pg, I have my fingers crossed for you.

Sorry I have to shoot now, still need to dry my hair which takes about 20 minutes (just long, not that I'm fussy or useless ) and then make up an order for a customer I've just got this evening. Yipee .

Harrizeb · 20/09/2005 09:45

Morning ladies,

Debbsy fingers crossed for you hun .

Well finally fell into bed about 11.30 last night and then realised that I am supposed to be baking a cake for my FIL's partners mother who is 100 on Saturday, currently done nothing not even planned the design so that is my task this morning at work, plan the cake and then go out at lunch and buy all the stuff I'll need. So that is tonight, tomorrow and some of Thursday evening booked up now.

We are off out to see Byran Adams on Friday night, but the tickets haven't turned up so now I'm getting worried that they have lost our booking and we can't go - DH has been looking forward to this for months!!

Hope everyone is ok today, and we have sunshine

Hello, MM, Jag, Jane, Beth, Munz, Friz, Hula, Vaunda, LunarSea, and Stacey, hope I haven't missed anyone, if I have sorry and 'lo to you to

Harriezb - sorry to hear about the BFN . Could be too early though...remember when being pregnant with dd, even the test I did the day after AF was due was an incredibly faint line....keeping my fingers crossed!

Debbsy - hope everything is looking up for you. I can quite believe that you think nothing will have happened this month because of the stress you've been under....but stranger things have happened!

Nothing new to report from me....still worrying about my sudden lack of symptons apart from the cramps which I do still have. Just been out to buy myself some more tests so that I can comfort myself with some positive signs of hormone presence later in the week. This is going to cost me a fortune!!

Hello to Jen, Jag, Milosmum, Stacey, Hula (if you're still lurking) and everyone else. Hope you're all OK.

milosmum · 20/09/2005 13:16

harri- im keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Harrizeb · 20/09/2005 14:10

Thank you .

Handbag I can understand the needing to test to reasure yourself. I have everything crossed for you.

I have to admit if it weren't for DH's birthday on friday and wanting to know for that as an extra present (the ones I've bought are naff!)I would leave testing again until the weekend at least.

Take care and talk soon

good luck with the testing harriezb & the cake.

good thoughts to you handbag, I had forgotton quite how scary those early weeks are.

when are you going to test debbsy? How is your dad?

I got a on my clearblue digital and I used the cheap ebay ones too and its was so faint I would have not taken it as +ve. So despite having a splitting headache for 2 days I will soldier on and do lots of bding.

Milo thats a long itme ahead to plan a holiday, impressive organisation!
