Time for us to move home again ladies!

IloveKittyElise, the stats are just updated by the first person to remember each day.

Porth, of course you can join. Sometimes, the CBFM can miss the LH surge; say, if its quite short and happens in the afternoon. Or sometimes we don't ovulate every cycle but its likely that can be kick started again with meds. So all hope is not lost.

How is everyone else?

Noticed my stats were wrong so just updated them and corrected your CD, too IloveKittyElise.

AF is due on CD30/31. I'm not feeling very positive at the mo.

littlefan · 18/11/2010 16:36

Same here Lychees. I am due around then too...I am actually on CD 26 today.
I am not feeling v positive...but at least when AF finally does turn up I will be on holiday with hubby in Mexico ready to start all over again!
Would be great to have some good news to celebrate and report on my return on 13th Dec!
Fingers crossed for all of us.

PS - is anyone struggling with the thought of not drinking much/at all at christmas?

Keziahhopes · 18/11/2010 18:43

Lychees I stupidly took a test, bfn obviously! not done that for so long! Hope you and littlefan have better news and don't do what I did.

Littlefan - Mexico, wow - enjoy!

Hope I got these write it's early! Please shout if I made mistakes.

Lots of ladies at top of list are beyond usual cycle length, let us know if its anything other than a long cycle and we need to update.

Hope everyones doing ok. I stupidly POAS on a test that claims to work 6 days before your missed period....its 7 days, and shock horror it was negative. I have just been feeling so sick, trying not to even think about it, but still feeling so sick and tired that I thought it cant be in my mind. at this point who knows. my husband thinks the whole thing should be fun. i tried to explain that after what I have been through with kitty its just not really fun at all.

AF is due on CD30/31. I'm not feeling very positive at the mo.

Ilovekittyelise · 19/11/2010 07:12

oops sorry.

error 1: I can actually spell right correctly!

error 2: copied and pasted lychees last sentence - Im due on day 28/29. but after putting myself through the too early test i also feel a bit less hopeful.

boba82 · 19/11/2010 16:06

Hi guys

Lychees little & Ilovekitty I'm joining your club. Not feeling hopeful that the Clomid's worked for me Sad I POAS yesterday & BFN but don't feel like AF is coming either. Mentally cannot take another 60+ day cycle. I'll get my urines results on Mon so they'll hopefully tell me if I ovulated or not.

Keziah sorry you got a BFN hun Sad

We're all a bit down ATM aren't we?

Hugs to all x

Keziah sorry about BFN.

Not you aswell Boba. I hope I haven't dragged everybody down. Keeping my fingers crossed that your results show you have ovulated.

Ilovekittyelise, always a good idea to try to focus on the good things.

Hope you all have great weekends. I'm at work until six so only an hour to go ... yippee!

Hi ladies,

Hope everyone is having a good weekend? I've been feeling a little fed up to be honest, mainly because I peed on a stick about 9 or 10 dpo and it was negative. i have made a promise to myself that i shall stop doing that until i miss a period. it also strikes me that some of these companies probably produce these so called early test as a lot of silly impatient girls like me buy them and then get the period anyway. I was thinking yesterday, how would we have all coped before the days of HPT and even blood tests, you would literally just have to wait and see! wish i could be really relaxed and just let nature takes it's course, but I cant, and im sucking the fun out of it. Sad

Sorry for the grumpy post xxx

Ilovekittyelise · 21/11/2010 09:12

just re-read my post and don't know if it made sense (really need to use 'preview'. about the early tests i just mean companies probably use them as a huge money-spinner, its win win for them and many people who buy them probably could have waited 4 or 5 days for AF to tell them the same thing without the extra 4 or 5 days of thinking 'i may have just tested too early'...

essenceofSES · 21/11/2010 14:15

Kitty -oh it made sense alright! Sometimes I think it would be easier if I was oblivious to HPTs and just "accidentally" noticed that I'd not had a period and was developing symptoms. Never going to happen though!
Also wanted to say whilst catching up on the thread, I found your initial posts and want to say how fantastically brave you are. I think we all have our own rollercoasters on the ttc journey but I'm sorry you've had it tougher than most. I hope before long you'll have your next BFP and a happy healthy pregnancy.

chocciechip - glad you're not leaving us. Hope the reduced monitoring and tracking help.

Boba - fingers crossed for your results tomorrow.

Hello Keziah, Lychees, littlefan, porth and anyone else around.

I'm on CD14 and still on lows. I wonder whether my ov has been delayed because of my cold or whether it's just disappeared this month. This week isn't a good one for SWI as DH is away a couple of nights so feeling frustrated already!

Keziahhopes · 21/11/2010 15:19

Choccie - understand about monitoring ... I don't even use my CBFM anymore, other than press it each month to know what date I am on!! But stay on this thread, as it feels like home. Keep in touch x

Sorry to hear so many people sounding so down at the moment - I blame the weather.
I fell down the stairs yesterday and got pretty bruised - hope I didn't damage my chances this month.
Should I test before I leave for Mexico on Friday or leave it a week longer - that is my current dilemma.

Fingers crossed for some good news this week ladies for all of us....xxx

Ilovekittyelise · 22/11/2010 11:07

i feel murderously pre-menstrual. Angry

boba82 · 22/11/2010 11:35

Morning all

choccie good luck and I echo what keziah said, it does feel like home here.

kitty it's very hard to resist isn't it? I stopped keeping them in the house as I was a POAS addict.

little I would just relax & enjoy your hols and test when you get back. Have a fab time, v v v Envy!

essence seems to be the way this month doesn't it. You'll have to SWI right before DH goes & the minute he gets back & hopefully you'll have it covered Wink

Got results and it looks like I've ovulated but can't be sure as the surge was in my final sample so prob ovulated Mon or Tues last week. That means we weren't really SWI and only did it twice so I'm probably out for this month. FX AF turns up next week so I can get cracking again. Constantly feels like 1 step forward 2 steps back ATM [fedupface!]

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Can I jump in and say - it feels that much like home on this thread that I just can't leave.... Grin

Hope you are all ok? I check up on this thread everyday, and am willing on those BFP's for you girls.

Boba when we fell Preg we only BD'd twice around the time of ovulation. I'm not bragging by any stretch of the imagination, just wanted to reassure you that it can still happen so long as you did it around the right time hun Smile . I've got my fingers crossed xx

Choccie I hope a little break from all the CBFM POAS madness does you some good hun. Good luck x

Lychees I hope you feel a bit more upbeat soon hun. Sending you hugs xx

Hello everyone else

Quick update from me:
I'm nearly 7 weeks preg and starting to feel pretty crappy - but in a good way! LOL!
Have been to the docs to let them know and BP was a little high so she said she needed to keep an eye on it......then spoke to someone else about it (my brother who takes peoples BP's all the time, not for fun LOL for work) and he seems to think its not too much to worry about - see little things like that make me worry uncontrollably. So will be contacting the MW this week to try and get an early reassurance scan. I need to try and relax and enjoy it but so far I am on tenderhooks.

Well enough from me - I hope you don't mind me popping in like this.

Good luck everyone and big hugs XXXXX

boba82 · 22/11/2010 13:21

storm can't believe 7 weeks already! I'm sure everything will be fine for you this time. I'm not being negative just realistic although I know there is a minute chance Hmm x

OP posts:
Keziahhopes · 22/11/2010 13:21

littlefan - hope you are ok. If it was me I woulld test, purely so know what to do or not on holiday etc - drink?

Storm - please stay, and cheer us all up and encourage us to get BFP's!! Maybe your BP was up because bit stressed and will be ok when midwife takes it?

Boba - like Storm said, it doesn't need to be more than once! What tests do you have to check you ovulate and when as that sounds interesting?

I am cd 29 now, no sign of af which is unusual so did another test (last one!) and still bfn ... wanted to know as had a routing gp apt today. At the weekend was in a car accident - hit from behind, damaged (according to dr at a+e) my trapezius and intercostal muscles - it hurts, ouch! So on strong pain killers, hence wanted to know if miraculously I was pregnant as not want to do wrong thing. Will take another week or so to heal, although worst of pain should be over soon, apparently - hope so!

Updating the list as AF arrive this morning Angry.

Boba, great news that you're ovulating.

Keziah, sorry about your accident. Hope you fell better soon.

Thanks for the hugs, Storm. Hope you get some reassurance soon but sure everything is okay.

Hi everyone else.

PinkCustard · 22/11/2010 15:17

Sorry AF got you Lychees How crap.

I'm feeling particularly fed up about the whole TTC thing at the moment - this is month 6 of using the CBFM (month 11 of TTC) and I remember reading in the info pack when I got the monitor that if you're not pregnant after 6 months if using it to visit the docs, and I cheerfully thought 'Oh I'm bound to be preg within the next 6 months' But here I still am Sad.

I'm finaly facing the realisation that after 11 months of well-timed sex I should be pregnant by now, and the fact that I'm not is indicating something is wrong...DH has finally agreed to make an app to see his doc about a SA but I'm sad that we have to.

Sorry for being a self-indulgent moanbag but I act all cheerful and upbeat in RL whenever any of the few people who know I'm TTC ask about it, so I'm feeling the need to vent on here today.

Will pull myself together before I come back Wink

Talk about the Monday blues. We are a miserable lot - but it's so nice to have other people to show this side to. It's tiring keeping things together in RL so I totally understand pinkcustard. Especially when friends and family around you keep announcing their good news. I feel such a horrible person inside for not being more happy for them!

Keziah take it easy. I hope you have a quick recovery.

Sorry Lychees - feel your disappointment.

Nice to hear your positive news Storm and sure you have nothing to worry about.

Sorry AF got you Lychees

Keziah glad you're ok, must have been a fright? Due to my irregular periods and being 1st cycle on Clomid the day 21 blood test is impossible to do on me. I do one urine sample per week on the same day and time then once I have 4 I hand them in for testing. Got to keep them in freezer until ready! It allows them to map hormones over the 4 weeks. Got to do 5 this time as I'm ovulating later. I told the ladies on the Clomid thread bout this & no-one had heard of it before but looks like it's working! x
