...was going 2 wait til end of the week 2 test with my 1st response....BUT I CANT HOLD OUT THAT LONG!!!
have taken the advice of someone on another thread i read a few days ago and gone out and brought a couple of superdrug cheapy ones that i can pee on 2 my hearts content (sort of!), and unless 1 shows up as positive (here's hoping) will save more expensive 1 for end of week-or longer IF i can manage it!
so.... here's waiting til i next need 2 go, and will b taking my special little gadget with me...

So sorry broody good luck for next month, keep me posted.

I'm going crazy now, I'm really convinced im pregnant but the tests are not agreeing with me yet. 4 days to AF I really hope it doesn't come.

I've caved again today and bought 2 superdrug cheapies thinking i'll have them ready incase AF doesn't come in 4 days time but I have caved and tested and got another bloody negative! When will the tests confirm what i feel i know?!

This is the longest 2 week of my life

i know what u mean thinking11 ! u say i'l wait til sat, its only a few days. but hours can feel like that long when u just want 2 know!!!!

i know this is going 2 sound really crazy, but even tho am on period i STILL feel convinced I'm pregnant-now i know im going crazy!!!!!!

You're not the only one going crazy broody my period came today but its 2 days early so im convincing myself that its only implantation bleeding.

I seem to have spent most of my life trying not to get pregnant and now I'm trying all I can to get pregnant, why is it so hard??????

pretty sure myns a normal period-but am STILL convinced!!!!!! seriously must b something wrong with me!!!

feel a pressure in my tummy, quezy, some smells make me feel ill etc etc-all things i dont usually get!!

Can I join in too please?.

Im only on CD19 of a generally 28/29 day cycle, so quite a wait to go. I am gone, as usual, completely obsessed about wanting to test (although it would be ridiculously pointless at this stage, I know) but I've gone and convinced myself completely that Im pregnant even though no symptoms as such but that heavy feeling in lower tummy if that makes sense. I now know that I've convinced myself that much, that if Im not - Im going to be devastated.

I have a clearblue test upstairs from ages ago but realistically, if it does dectect say, 4 days before period is due then I cant test until this day next week. Im going to go crazy. I hate how obsessive I get over ttc.

believe me you're not the only 1!-as im sure u can tell from this thread!! its sooo hard! i'm definately going 2 get hold of some of those amazon tests to pee on 2 my hearts content-hopefuly managing 2 save the more expensive ones either 2 confirm a positive or 2 use wen AF is actually late!!!

Your dead right. Its ?18 for a twin pack which is insane if I was using them all the time. How many dc do you have broody?

Yes 2! 4 year old dd (she'll be five in a couple of weeks) whos also just started school and we a 7 month ds!!!

I'm waiting to test and i haven't even OVd yet!!!!

Was preg a few months ago and MCd. That was late july. Haven't had a period yet and have been trying for BFP, but obviously my cycle is just doing it's own thing these days...selfish!

Am so sorry to hear about your MC Sad, I had one in February 2009 and understand how horrible it is, hope your doing ok - hope though! I was pregnant again by April and now have healthy 7 month ds asleep upstairs.

Broody - why do you feel your pregnant? I dont want to get your hopes of but I have heard (and am sure you have too) of people having what appears to be a period when actually pregnant, that said though, it could be your bold mind playing tricks on you because you want it so, so much (I did this before).

i know its my mind playing tricks, didnt have any bleeding with previous 2 and tho very different pregnancies i wouldnt expect 2 have any bleeding this time around. just many of the symptoms, which, i know, are likely 2b in my head!
have u felt symptoms b4 that arent actually there? even while on period?

Yeah definately but then I get so obsessive that I think I convince myself of it also so impatient I want everything yesterday and make myself believe it so much that I feel physical signs. I sound nuts, dont I? Smile

We are very, very lucky in the respect that I appear (so far) to get easily (long may it continue), i.e. baby I MC'd with last year was literally one time, ds was just one time and dd was just one time - think this also makes me believe Ill get pregnant quickly (and then think I am once we dont use protection) but this could well bite me in the bump cos its obviously not always as straight forward as that and of course ttc our next LO could take a looong time, does that make sense?

We did try actually, for 2 months after we got married and I convinced myself I was, could feel all these symptoms and was completely shocked and heartbroken when I got my period!!! awwwww! sooo glad I have here!

i've had and am having every symptom there is extreme tiredness (however that is probably due to going back to work, im a reception teacher and had 34 4 year old start school last week) ive had headaches, stuffy nose, feeling really sick, craving milk (i'm drinking about 3 pint a day!) leg cramps, pulling and twingers in my stomach, sore boobs and really sensitive nipples.

I've started bleeding today and ive convinced myself its implantation.

Ive never been this convinced before even every test i've done has shown negative. Its really strange to start my period 2 days early though so fingers crossed.

im getting really obsessed and I wonder when i'll have to accept im not pregnant (if im not!)Wink

its sooo good 2 hear that its not just me feeling/who has felt like this-its the pure desperation i think and jealousy at other bumps/newborns!!
also soooo sad 2 not b pregnant!!
and...i'll definately b investing in cheap amazon tests!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the bleeding thinking hope that it is just implantation.

Broody I am so with you. I have had one successful pregnancy (5 yr old DD) and 3 early MC and with all was late tested then all fine for few weeks. Never ad bleeding at beginning etc, but I am not accepting that this is AF at all. Still getting waves of sickness, boobs arnt as sore but def vienier (if thats even a word), completly off of food, apart from chocolate. And have had no pain with AF, and its finished already!!!
Normally lasts for 5 day, and is painful and heavy nothing like this......I dont know what is going on, but glad to hear that I am not the only one that was thinking like this.

Probably completly ridiculous
