The May Bus

I'm feeling positive about this next cycle. Due rtd tomorrow.

If it's as long as the one I'm just finishing I'll be due sometime in early May so thought I'd do the honours and polish down the bus, stack it full of champagne and nibbles and start the engine!

Who's with me?

I was right about AF, it got me yesterday. Oh well, at least now I can crack on with this cycle and start doing my temping etc.

Good luck to everybody left on this bus, I have my fingers crossed for you all.

diggypig · 08/09/2010 12:22

Hi Girls - that's my derriere squeezing out the fire exit of the May bus and looking a bit crestfallen. Can I have a rant? Ok so UCL 31 days over the last 12 months with the exception of X1 29 day and X1 35 day. So I have been sculling around here putting of POAS now I'm at day 36. Convinced was PG! Used CBFM to ID jigging days, suffered really pronounced mittelschmerz this month from day 30 mild cramping not the usual 4 hr alarm bell I get loud and clear for AF, and day 33 and 34 my boobs have a slow dull constant ache - almost like they feel too heavy. Wet sweats x2 nights in a row and had decided to wait til sunday to do pg test. So last night went to bed feeling horrid (not AF like)and spent all night sweating / writhing with ovary ache - you know the sort where someone thinks it would be amusing to take a hoofpick to your abdomen. And guess who shows this morning. Feeling slightly hopping mad Angry, quite bemused Confused and all the other usual psycho sensations when this happens. Phew - feeling better. Bloody chuffing ovaries / sperm / EWCM and dictionary of pregnant friends left / right and centre. So I'll just go off and have a small strop / some cold water on the face before crawling to the back of the june bus. on the other hand - so pleased there are lots of happy bunnies on this may bus. Good luck to you all. xxx

Lib76 · 08/09/2010 15:27

hi again girls! I have been hiding at the back for a while! congrats on all the BFP's, what a lucky bus!!

I used opk's for the first time and got a +ve on Sat so now i am officially on the 2ww...christ it's going to be a long one! Please help me through the insanity of it all!! ;-)

OverThePond · 08/09/2010 16:14

Off to the June bus, though may just be off to a dark hole for a while before I pop up there. Consoling myself that my dear friend who has been trying for 4 years has it much harder than me, but for today I'm wallowing in my own solitary misery. Sad

I am, however, leaving a picnic basket with Flake, sushi, soft cheeses and a bottle of single malt Scotch Wink at the back of the bus for anyone who needs it on her way between buses.

Good luck all!

JuneBugJr · 08/09/2010 20:19

Hello all!

Sadly I have failed to stick to my no poas rule until a day late, and poas every day this week. Even though af is still 6 days off. Blush

I don't think it's my month this month, but I will be putting in full effort next month!

I'd forgot how boring the 2ww was. No symptoms apart from cramps and very sore breasts which is as per usual for af. I don't suppose there are Many of us left on this thread now. Good luck those testing soon!

Mylittlebubble · 08/09/2010 21:13

Sorry to hear that some of you are feeling less positive at the moment but don't forget its not over until the fat lady sings Smile

OK question for you all? My EWCM arrived this evening but DH is away. Do you think we will still be on if we SWI tomorrow night??

goldmaple · 09/09/2010 01:41

junebug lol... My internet cheapies finally arrived so I too broke the 'no POAS until after AF is due rule'.

BFN... not surprising seeing as I am only 9DPO. But its soooo hard to wait :(

On the bright side... I actually felt sick today for a bit(and I never feel queasy). lol... probably have a stomach bug.

mylittlebubble I would definitely SWI! You will probably have a few days of EWCM and your peak day is the last day of it. Also nothing to lose so SWI :o!

broughthimroundtotheidea · 09/09/2010 07:24

Did a very expensive POAS yesterday which was and was always bound to be BFN!!! patience patience patience!!!!

JuneBugJr · 09/09/2010 17:21

Hi all!

Got a TWP today, a very faint line but obviously there. Am going to retest later on in the weekend to see if it's still there as I can't quite believe it yet, especially as I'm not due af until 14th sept. So it's very early to be even testing, but I have no willpower Blush, and was going to drink tonight so thought I'd better check.

Hope everyone is well.

ljg72 · 09/09/2010 18:21

Yay Junebug!!! keeping everything crossed!Smilex

cowboylover · 09/09/2010 18:23

Nice one June!

I was due Monday and had a neg then might have been a bit early as I have only had my coil out 2 months and promiced that I would not test again til the weekend if I still didnt get AF but I cheated again as it was staring me in the face this morning and we have a 2 line situation!

Its a very pale line but a line none the less so waiting til DH comes home and see what he says. No getting to over excited as I still dont believe it or think its real. Its so early

ljg72 · 09/09/2010 19:08

Another one!!!! great news CowboyloverGrin fab news for DHx

lemonsherbet · 09/09/2010 20:47

Congrats to all the BFP very definitely a lucky bus. Hoping they are all sticky beans.

lemonsherbet · 09/09/2010 21:01

OK, I thought I would up date the stats so can everyone please check that theirs are right. Was a bit distracted watching Knight Rider (I watch some rubbish). I have left you on the bus and added you to the graduates Cowboy and June, was not sure if you wanted to come off the bus list yet. So thought I would let you decide.

Thanks, I really want to say with the bus as I dont believe it yet.

I am worried its a evap line and been googling maddly and its not a silvery line as mentioned but a very pale pink line that DH can see as well. Still there 12 hours later if that means anything?

I dont want to get to excited and over the top I just want to go with it and see what happens. DH said he will treat me to a Clear blue digi on the weekend if I promice to wait to do it again!

Cazzr · 09/09/2010 22:42

How is that for sods law. 1st month I don't join a bus (because I was getting fed up after 11 months of trying) and guess what...?

TWP!!!!! Did a sneaky internet cheapie before bed because I'd noticed my temps had gone a LOT higher, than normal for post ov, the past few days...
Pretty sure I ov'ed early when we were in weymouth for the weekend in a caravan no less. LOL

Anyway, it's faint, but def there, I made my DH check I wasn't nuts. He said I was nuts but there is definitely a line..

I'm now waaaaaaaay to pumped to sleep and obviously it's early days but I had to share with someone other than DH.

Oh and 2nd sods law is that the due date assuming it all goes well is 3 days before my DS's birthday!

I'll go be quiet now. :D

lemonsherbet · 09/09/2010 23:04

Cazzr I remember you from the April bus, congrats

Mylittlebubble · 10/09/2010 06:47

Morning
Wow this is a lucky thread so many BFP.
Well AF arrived this morning although I am confused I am regular as clock work and here she comes 4 days early! Nevermind on to the June bus we go. It's good when she comes esrly then you can just crack on for the next cycle.
Good luck to all those still to test.

Lib76 · 10/09/2010 09:11

wow! look at all the BFP's! what a lucky bus! Cazzr i thought i hadn't seen you for a while, congrats!
can't believe how short the list is getting! I have got another sodding week to wait as i got a +ve opk last sat so guessing i will need to wait till next weekend!

Cazzr · 10/09/2010 10:04

Thanks guys, it's a huge relief but trying not to get too ahead of myself as anything could happen at this stage. This is the hard part of the pregnancy I think where you are super excited but try not to be 'just in case'.

Good luck to everyone else, sorry i've not been around except to announce my luck this month. I'll try to lurk here for a bit to offer support to others, I know the hell of the 2 week wait well.
That and I don't feel ready to pop over to pregnancy board, doesn't feel right yet.

:)

Was a former passenger now on the June bus popped back for a lurk. Wow - what a grad list, that is amazing!

Btw Nicolaplus and PixieOnaLeaf are on the June bus with me.

Good luck to those left!

Good evening ladies!

Congrats to Cazzr and Cowboy, 9th of september seems like a lucky day for this bus.

Am not sure if Ive messed up my cycle this month, but had a strong BFP this evening, which is know is unlikely being as early as I am. I maybe further in my cycle than I thought I was.

Am going to stay on here for a while, as I am still not convinced I am pregnant Grin.

I havent got any symptoms yet, apart from very sore breasts and feeling slightly queasy. Which beats the full on HG I had with DD from a week after conception.

Good luck to all left to test, I hope there are plenty of more BFP's in the next few days.
