Well done for winning chicken @Akire and standing your ground.

I've damaged the tibial nerve and given myself tarsal tunnel with my fall this morning.

sweetkitty · 01/10/2021 19:22

Well done @Akire at holding your ground hope your back feels better soon

My throat is killing be tonight can’t swallow it’s all swollen and so painful.

I also gave myself my first B12 injection today and it was fine.

cricketmum84 · 02/10/2021 19:24

I just took 3 steps unaided. 3 whole steps.

Sounds ridiculous but I'm actually in tears x

Akire · 02/10/2021 19:50

Akire · 03/10/2021 09:40

How you feeling today @cricketmum84? Hope body not ranging back!

I’m taking part in throw stuff out month challenge so something help get on top of flat. 1 Oct =1 thing and so on. Mind you 465 items still not make much of a dent. I have lots DWP paper work done really stressful just looking at but need keep and file because you never know when need it. But not up to dealing that at moment.

@Akire not too bad thanks. Drilling ankle pain is back and my feet are being stung by a million bees but that's normal 😂 my knee is a bit weak today and keeps feeling like it's going to give out when I walk with my frame though not painful.

I need a serious clear out!! So much rubbish in this house.

HerRoyalRisesAgain · 03/10/2021 10:42

I'm another who needs a clear out. I do the kids toys before Christmas each year so I'm not as over run by them.

Akire · 03/10/2021 13:35

Did 3 bin bags but now back even worse my own fault but was on roll and other things were hurting less so… makes sense to me.
Flat still tip but got start somewhere.

That’s me done for day now, crochet and TV

I really have to start clearing some stuff out, we are hoping to move nearer my children in the spring and I need to do some serious de cluttering before putting the house on the market.

Akire · 03/10/2021 14:29

I think it’s easier open draw or cupboard and take out what you really need to keep and throw/recycle give away the rest. Or else to many tiny decisions!

I've just realised I have literally nowhere to put a Christmas tree this year!! It usually goes in the corner by the window but I've commandeered that space for my wfh desk, computer and printer! There is no space in the rest of the room!! Oh no! Didn't think that one through did I....

HerRoyalRisesAgain · 03/10/2021 14:58

@cricketmum84 I don't have space for a tree either so my mum has given me her wall hanging tree

sweetkitty · 03/10/2021 23:36

@cricketmum84 well done don’t overdo it though take it easy more steps will come in time Flowers

@Akire I’m the same need a major declutter there’s 6 of us in this house and a mini zoo of animals there’s far too much stuff.

I’ve spent most of the weekend in bed this cold/cough has knocked me for 6, I’ve been so so tired I can’t believe it’s Monday tomorrow, still 5 days and we get a weeks holiday.

Gilead · 04/10/2021 09:15

Another one tho needs to declutter!
I slept last night, which was lovely but I slept so heavily my bag burst!

cricketmum84 · 04/10/2021 11:03

@Gilead oh no!! But good for the sleep though.

I've been awake from 2.30am in so much pain. Just tossed and turned since then.

Lots of work to get through again today but thankfully DH has just set off to work (leaving me a little pack up to keep me going), DD1 at college and DD2 at school so I have peace and quiet until 5ish!

HerRoyalRisesAgain · 04/10/2021 14:35

I'm exhausted. Had DD at hospital today about her recurring UTIs. They've said she has a small bladder and her trying to hold her urine is what's causing the infections.
Tomorrow I have to take my cat to the vet as his blind eye has become gunky and on Wednesday I have DS1 at hospital for his regular heart checks!
I've got my Amytryptiline now. I've to wean myself up to 50mg of it daily so hopefully that will help me sleep

cricketmum84 · 04/10/2021 15:24

Doctor is meant to be calling me shortly to discuss pain relief... will update if when they call.
