ds1 normally goes to bed at 7, is still very much in land of living, and alternately singing and shouting

ds3 asleep.
The rest are "hustling to the muscle" by the sound of it.

IAmTheNewQueenOfMN · 24/12/2008 20:06

needmorecoffee · 24/12/2008 20:06

mine. the boys are 15 and 13 and don't go to bed until hours after I do! dd2 is 4 and goes about 9pm and I have to go with her so I do keep her up a bit or I never get to see any TV!

TheWizardofOz · 24/12/2008 20:06

The youngest is sleeping over with the eldest - they have left a note advising FC of this.

needmorecoffee · 24/12/2008 20:15

dammit. dd is falling asleep now so I best take her to bed.

eandh · 24/12/2008 20:16

nope dd2 went up at 6pm and promptly crashed to sleep before the 1st page of her book

dd1 normally goes up 6.30-7 but let her stay up till 7.20 and she was asleep by 7.40 !

goldFAQinsenceandmyrrh · 24/12/2008 20:17

I've just put DS2 and 3 to bed (8pm) DS3 is still chattering away in his cot. DS1 (8) will go up at his usual 9pm bedtime.

I'm supposed to be doing housework, but can't be arsed, seems like such a faff for just a couple of hours .

DoNotsAntlers · 24/12/2008 20:18

Mine...but tis deliberate...so we get a lay in

hippopotamouse · 24/12/2008 20:19

DD2yrs is sleeping, DS4yrs looks like this in bed with scrunched-up-pretending-to-be-asleep eyes lol! He lets out a squeal every few minutes as well, I think he might actually burst!

Hulababy · 24/12/2008 20:20

6y DD is still up. She is going to bed at 8:30. She is currently gatehring up a tray of godies for FC and Rudolph.

BexieID · 24/12/2008 20:22

Tom doesn't usually goto bed till after 10pm, so is still up.

georgimama · 24/12/2008 20:28

DS(22 months) went down about five minutes ago, normally 7.15pm. I'm ashamed to say I left him to cry for five minutes in his cot at which point he decided he didn't actually want to come downstairs and play, he wanted to go to sleep. Five minutes of cuddles and boob and he was asleep.

The dolly mixtures at Christingle seemed like such a good idea at the time...

blueshoes · 24/12/2008 21:08

Both asleep. Told dd 5 that Father Christmas would not come with her presents if she was awake.

Amapoleon · 24/12/2008 21:09

One down, one to go!

faithandhope · 24/12/2008 21:09

Mine went up at 8pm and had one story each and are now sound asleep.

Just got to send DH up the loft to retrieve the presents so am leaving it awhile in the hope they will be in a deep sleep and will not hear him.

PavlovtheRedNosedReindeer · 24/12/2008 21:09

Mine, but its only 4pm!!!

blametheparents · 24/12/2008 21:10

Both asleep by 8pm.
Bet they are up early in the morning though!

CatMandu · 24/12/2008 21:18

All of mine.

Just back from a party, we've just checked where Santa is and done teeth and bed. Who knows what time it'll be before we can bring the pressies down and do stockings.

VirginBoffinMum · 24/12/2008 21:18

Mine have just gone quiet. I am not sure what is going on up there. Hang on, there's a footstep ...

LittleJingleBellas · 24/12/2008 21:23

Dammit, DS is still awake.

DD is asleep, but can't transfer prezzies to under tree until he's out cold.

TWINSETinapeartree · 24/12/2008 21:26

dd is still awake we did not get back from church until 8 and then took gifts to the neighbours. Having milky drink and then bed

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/12/2008 21:28

Dd (2.10) is asleep, but ds (10 weeks) isn't. Going to be a long night I think .

KbearingGiftsWeTraverseAfar · 24/12/2008 21:31

Mine are both still awake - DD 9 keeps getting out of bed and pottering "Mum, I'm too excited" and DS 7 is sleepy and will be asleep soon I think. Me and DH are sitting here yawning and wishing we could go to bed ourselves!
