Christmas cards for school friends? Whole class or not?

Haven't even thought about it yet and have just realised we break up next week - close friends or whole class?

everyone seemed to do the whole class when my DS was in primary. I treated it as writing practice for the first couple of years - drew a pencil line and he wrote his own name, three or four cards a night over a couple of weeks.

Used to do whole class plus some from other classes. But it's insane as they don't play with majority of them so I just asked them to list who they wanted to. They prob did 20 each rather than around 40 each
