Thread 3 - the one with the bad bitch energy

[Reastie]

This is intended as a friendly, kind, safe, warm and fuzzy place for people to share discounts, bargains and Christmas gift ideas both online and IRL. Please note the tone and intention of the thread and join with spirit as generous as DC helping themselves to the Christmas chocolate celebrations .

@PurpleSock we use blackboard stickers - you can get them on Amazon or other stationary retailers. They seem to stick forever! You can use chalk pens with them. I guess that whiteboard stickers would be the same.

Thank you @sc0ttishlass I have done the whistlefish deal twice to stock up on cards for next year. There is also a christmas themed tin for £2.50 so I have bought this for cards and labels. Desperately trying to be more organised.

What about hand creams for your neighbours tin, or warm socks?

Amazon have a sale on Fortnite Lego. Loads of it is much cheaper than elsewhere.

The mens hamper is great for my hard to buy for brother and love the beauty crackers for smaller gifts for dog minder etc. Thanks for posting.

One for the people shopping for K-pop Demon hunter fans. Argos has UNO for £4

A perpetual calendar to hang up somewhere she can note/track all the birthdays and anniversary dates on?

Lovely idea! Amazon actually sell stamps in bulk, the ones with the queens head on were cheaper than in the post office recently.

It wasn’t me, but thank you for sharing I’ve ordered this, at least 8.99 elsewhere when I’ve looked!

Did anyone else order one of the Christmas fabric poke wreaths earlier in the Summer? I ordered a few to do as an activity with sister and niece but just had notification from Amazon that my order is cancelled and refunded. Was wondering if anyone was successful or knew of somewhere else to try and order from.

Just a reminder that the super seconds festival starts today. I know a few of us ordered from there last year 😊

Not bargainesque, but Booths near me have a stand devoted to the gorgeous traditional picture calendars. At least three different sizes. Unpriced when I went as I think they had just put them out.

I get present bags from Home Bargains as they do them quite cheaply. Also the Poundshop.

Does anyone have a delivery code for bubble t cosmetics please?

Has anyone managed to get the TREAT £1 delivery code to work for Boux Avenue? It keeps telling me no, but £3.99 delivery makes slippers basically full price again.

Anyone remember when Smiggle drop their prices for advent calendars? I haven't bought one in a few years but noticed they have a squishmallow one this year which my daughter might like....but I am not paying £35 for it!

OLDFRIEND gives you 50% off

Thank you @Dinosweetpea for the 50% off Harper Collins. I didn't try the original code until a PP mentioned Brambly Hedge - a core childhood memory for me so I've just picked up the full year set Inc. delivery for £19.

I also got the Candy Grabber from the Debenhams Outlet which has now arrived and is perfect!

Thanks @Reastie loving these threads this year!

My contribution for today, Tesco's F&F clothing have 25% off currently online and in store for clubcard holders. We have a biggish Tesco Extra near us so planning to head there this morning, the autumn range is lovely (for me!) but it includes children's and mens too!

Crayola Supertips - 24 pack for £3 (£2.85 s&s)

I usually pay that for the 12 pack. It says rrp £10 but never seen them that price.

These are great - wash off hands and out off clothes easily.

Perfect stocking filler or little party gift with a colouring book or some craft bits.

edited as fat fingers on small phone meant typos 😂

Also to add to this for anyone going to Tesco there are some gift items with clubcard prices in the bath/beauty section. I got a Minecraft bath bomb, there was also a Yoshi egg one. Stocking fillers like that.

Went into Whittards yesterday as they now have my favourite Mulled Wine Instant Tea in stock for Christmas season. When went to pay found they were giving a freebie for people on mailing loyalty programme/app etc. (I didn't even remember signing up!).
Freebie consists of anything in the shop up to the value of £10. Got a lovely tube of Sticky Toffee biscuits which I confess DH and I ate in one sitting!

Can you send the link or what's on sale?

They usually do some kind of Black Friday offer. DD is having last year's one as got it for about £10 around then (but had already got her a different one!)

Does anyone know if there are ever any offers on Fortnum and Mason? I know it might not be very likely!

Thanks @Justkeepsmilingx have nabbed some pens ☺️

Can anyone remember what Lakeland usually do for Black Friday? I have a couple of things to get from there, I seem to recall there's often a decent code.

Are there ever any discount codes for next? Normally end up getting most of my brother's and nephews presents from there!
