Benefit ‘Gotta have it’ currently £15 on their website but £38 at Sephora etc

@FragileWitch there are some lovely 1970s fake red leather Agatha Christie hardbacks, on eBay or Abe Books. I was lucky enough to find a set like new in a charity shop last year and they are beautiful.

Ah thank you. I had the same on my account. I went for some very unchristmassy laundry detergent. I was running low so great timing, thanks!

Can't help with books, but someone recently got me an Agatha Christie jigsaw puzzle which I loved!

Amazon Haul - got 3 yoto cards for £5 each, kinetic sand and mini land babies with the 30% off - pleased with yoto cards as hard to get discounts on those! They also have a neom set and some child’s farm stuff which is cheaper than it is usually

T K Maxx had some lovely hardbacks in store today that might suit. Online here too

Edited to tag @FragileWitch

@fishfingersandchipsagain @JulietSierra Might be worth trying the full cast harry potter on audible again - they were £9 for me last night but have now dropped to 66p each (all except the goblet of fire for some reason!)

Thank you! Weirdly some were showing as free for me today too.

Sainsbury’s have 20% off their clothes including Xmas pjs. Seems to be plenty of stock online.

People that know Hugalumps… does anyone know if the weight of the ones in Amazon Haul (1.5kg) would be any good for a teenager? Or are they too light to notice they’re weighted? My 16 yr old is after a weighted plushie. Thanks

@FragileWitch Have you looked at the Readers Digest collections - some abridged books but not all. A few are available on eBay much better than Abebooks where there was a Pride and Prejudice collection for £152K! 😳Bit steep even for Christmas I thought!! 🙄

@takethequichepatriciawe have a small & standard hugalump & the standard one feels weighty to me (I’m 47!). I love cuddling it. I Ridiculous I know.

Lloyds pharmacy online has some Kylie minogue perfumes reduced between £3-£4 for 30ml and 75ml bottles

Hi Reastie
Just a heads up- page 38 already!

I got my Moonpig refunded. They tried to offer a replacement then account credit, I just kept saying I was exercising 14 day returns and they weren’t fit for Christmas gifting, the gifts are clearly intended for that purpose (some are themed) and therefore I wanted to return for a full refund and could they give me a postage label. They then refunded the £ for the short dated items and let me keep them.

This sounds just up my street would you mind me asking what jigsaw it was? Thank you

@takethequichepatriciawe have 1.5kg Mav the goose hugalump and it definitely feels well weighted to me. That size should be fine for a teenager 😊

It was the world of Agatha Christie and a brand called Laurence king I think! They have Ms Maple and Poirot ones too!

Argos have 25% off selected toys with code toys25 www.argos.co.uk/list/save-on-selected-toys-with-code-toys25/opt/page:3/

National Histories Mega Gemstone dig kit

Does anyone know if this is a good deal?

@ChocolateEmergency I got my DS one of those last year and he enjoyed it, and added the gemstones to his collection. Im sure I paid just under £10 for it though!

Just checked, I paid 11 so not far off lol.

I quoted consumer rights act 2015. Automatic refund for me .

I’m waiting… I had the chat with their bot yesterday and have been told someone will get back to me. It’s been 24 hours so seeing this has prompted me to go and follow up.

@Reastie think we're due a new thread in the next day or so. Someone suggested a title about playboy and arses in Costco...

Frugi Halloween stuff half price.

My Jarrolds £10 Cosy Night crackers arrived today (along with the cakes and biscuits that I also ordered 😋). I think they're great for the price.
