Can't see a Christmas fridge thread this year?

Nothing says Christmas like a bun fight over people sharing pictures of their stuffed fridges packed with goodies...

Here's mine so far. Drinks are in the car boot! Will do a top up shop closer to but have the Christmas dinner essentials and treats in there. Can't wait!

I haven't done my big shop yet. That's DH's job tomorrow. We've done the non-perishable stuff but it's not in the fridge. I did a shop this morning but it was just normal food for the week ahead, so my fridge looks as it usually does. Nothing to see here.

All I can think is hope you adjusted your temperature! Very neatly stacked though 👏

Our big food shop is done! Have never been so organised as I usually work up until Christmas Eve. It’s not photo worthy as lots of stuff pre prepped and in the freezer and we have two fridges. Our kitchen fridge is currently a bit sad and empty just now, I struggled to find anything for lunch 😂

This is the third Xmas fridge thread I’ve seen over the last few days. Might want to see if mods can merge them?

I love this thread every year. My delivery is coming on the 23rd so will report back.

Shit does baileys go in the fridge?

Mine does so it’s lovely and chilled, don’t know if it needs to be kept in the fridge for freshness, the alcohol content should preserve it.

Yeah. Fridge temperature went up while I was loading all the food in!

I've been sabotaged by a relative sending gifts for DS1 and DS2 that need refrigerating, and somehow hiding from people who regularly look in the fridge. It's not cold enough to leave them in the shed!

Only DD age 17 and I this year. DS21 is going to his gf’s for the first time as they are now living together so alternative years has started. I’ll get next year which I prefer as relocating back closer to family / school friends so i’ll be hosting multiple next year. Might have to invest in a fridge in the garage when I move.

I don’t want to be ‘that person’ but raw meat should always be on the bottom of the fridge and nowhere near any precooked items.

I learned about the meat in the bottom shelf from criticism on my first Christmas fridge thread! 😅

I also got criticism for bananas in the fridge but I’m not changing!

I’m amazed people are fridge ready already!
I’ve got M&S in the morning, Farm shop for pre ordered meat on afternoon & Tesco coming on 23rd!!
I just wish it was about 2c outside though!

Im really envious of all the fridges, DH and I are going to DD for Christmas. For the first time in about 40 years I am eating stuff up so the fridge is as empty as possible before we leave on Tuesday. All I've had to do this year is the presents, a few baked bits to take with us and decorated our tree. I feel a bit lost tbh.

I love a fridge thread. I have 2 fridges so can split equally between… we haven’t got all our veg just yet. Only carrots and swede. Picking up the rest tomorrow. Meat is in freezer so will be getting defrosted nearer the time. 🫠
