Thank you to the person who recommended the To the Women book. I ordered one for DSIL and it arrived today (on a Sunday!). I had a little look and loved it so much that I've ordered another copy for myself.

Do people think it would be suitable for teacher presents, or would it come across as a bit odd? I struggle with social norms so tend to play it safe with chocolates.

Can anyone recommend a good (ideally not stupidly expensive) online shop for unusual/imported ingredients please? Spices, pastes etc

I have bought SIL a cookbook that relies a lot on ingredients that aren't in the average UK supermarket, and I'd like to pair it with some jars and packets of the required things. It's a mishmash of different cuisines so hoping for a one stop shop rather than shopping around different regional suppliers (one shipping fee hopefully!)

They only do adult sizes. My just turned 10yo got one last Christmas and it was fine on her. I think we got the smallest size. There’s a lot of fakes around so any actual kids size ones won’t be genuine.

I haven’t ordered White Fox items myself but from what I understand from previous posters is that they don’t actually sell children’s sizes you just have to order XS or XXS if that is even a thing of the adults size and they are very roomy even in tweens or teens. Hopefully someone with direct experience will be along soon to be more helpful.
