This post is a work in progress and if you have any links you’d like to share or would be good to add then please do let me know. The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links (is that the right word?) And any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of MN filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!
If you have any referral links then please post on this thread:

I need an air fryer with a large capacity but a small footprint. Is there such a thing without it being a double decker? Thank you.

MrsMAFs · 16/11/2025 19:28

Not sure how it compare but Very have this Ninja with an extra 10% off.

Thank you! I'll check out Asda too. Much appreciated 👏

FurForksSake · 16/11/2025 19:46

@AlPaccacino there’s a ninja with one giant drawer instead of two, the foodi flex drawer. That probably fits the bill reasonably unless doctor who can help you out with a tardis version.

@Reastie there’s nothing but love for you around here, @RainbowZebraWarrior is doing a diligent job of assistant Reastie. Please look after yourself and your nearest and dearest and rest assured this will always be your home.

TheGirlWhoLived · 16/11/2025 19:53

Definitely no discounts at next for Black Friday @UntamedShrew - the sale on 27th is the next big discount day so try and get a presale code!

ThirtysomethingMummy · 16/11/2025 19:57

@Reastie you don’t need to “do better”! You have spread so much festive joy! And also reunited our household with Otis the reindeer that my son sleeps with every night when he has been having a rough time. You did that! By getting such a lovely community together ❤️

THATS NOT MY CHRISTMAS TREE book on Amazon was giving me a delivery date in January- just a heads-up to those interested in it.

I found a bargain on the original sticki rolls and sticki book set- £4 on Amazon (the cheapest I'd managed to get it previously was £7 or £8), but if you buy 4 you get 5% off putting it down to £3.80!

Great little gift or stocking filler (or, in my case, I've bought 8 in lieu of party bags for a 9th birthday- along with a bit of cake I think it'll be perfect)!

I’m waiting for the grinches to show up “WHY have you taken up the whole thread sending WELL WISHES!?! 😉 remember when someone wanted help sourcing a cow cookie jar (niche) and some right gremlins kicked off saying it was a BARGAIN site, not a place to GOSSIP
Get better Reastie!!

Also has anyone received their Grüüm freebies yet? Still waiting here

DS13 would absolutely love a sword but I know he’d want to wave it around a lot🤣
His friend is year 11 and I find the pair of them play sword fighting fairly regularly.

Just realised this sounds extremely dodgy but I promise it’s plastic lightsabers they wave, at least as far as I know!

Think you should buy him a terms fencing lessons for Christmas then - sabre is best for waving around violently...

Does anyone know if FatFace does Black Friday? I know they've given charity donations before

MayaTheBusyBee · 16/11/2025 14:12

Decent price for It’s not my Christmas tree with twinkling lights on Amazon. I saw it in Dunelm yesterday but refused to pay £12 for it there.

Delivery showing as early January

Seem to be a lot of good offers at the Perfume Shop at the moment. Bought this perfume for my niece who loves anything in an original bottle: https://www.theperfumeshop.com/anna-sui/sky/eau-de-toilette-spray/p/15581EDTJU
Found that I had a £5 off voucher as Teir 1 member (I've only ordered there once before I think) and I could use it with my 15% student discount meaning it was under £8.

Thanks so much for this. Didn’t realise I had the £5 off on my account which stacked with my unidays 15% off so I’ve managed to order SJP nyc perfume for £1.79 delivered 😊👏

fishfingersandchipsagain · 16/11/2025 20:30

Not a bargain, just a tip (although one of those tips that might have been obvious to others for years).

I am a big fan of the best Christmas Gift List Organizer app for iOS. apps.apple.com/us/app/christmas-gift-list-tracker/id1444504033?ls=1 gift list app that is often recommended on here. I REALLY helps me with my budget and organisation.

But I am a very visual person and never really get to grips with the shopping until I have everything dug out and in piles. So much so that I end up leaving wrapping until the last minute so I can still see everything.

Well this year I had the brainwave of creating a Pinterest board for each “pile”! I can’t believe I didn’t think of it before. It has been so, so useful. Particularly for things like stocking fillers where there are several small things. Really easy to use too because you can pin straight from most websites. I can’t quite believe I didn’t think of it before.

Amazon have some of the ‘search and find’ books for younger children at around half price £3-4 including Gruffalo , Stitch , Spidey , Bluey and Peppa

MrsClausCanCanCan · 16/11/2025 21:07

I'm sure I've seen it mentioned before, but does anyone have any recommendations for not-too-pricey personalised stockings?

Wishing you well @Reastie ❤️

MamaClausToTheRescue · 16/11/2025 11:51

I have two requests to make, but I’ll split this into two asks to make things easier.

Does anyone have any recommendations for Lord of the Rings gifts for a teenage boy? I’ve got a birthday and Christmas coming up, so any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

I'm not saying he needs a life size cut out of gandalf and a sign saying you shall not pass for his bedroom door but are you really sure he doesn't need them?

Elphaba17 · 16/11/2025 21:09

Elemis set at ASOS for £25.20 if you’re a member of asos world which is free to join, and use code STAYWARM.

Contains facial wash 200ml and cleansing balm 50ml. I ordered 2 sets to get free delivery too. Delighted as I love this face wash.

Has anyone got the Patch £10 referal to work? I've tried a couple and they all say code not valid 🤔

Wowsersbrowsers · 16/11/2025 21:17

@Chocolateteabag have you seen we made too much on lululemon? Generally great prices.

@Smellslikeperfume the crocs official site has a discount currently. I'm not sure bargain is the right word but they do last better than the cheaper ones.
