This post is a work in progress and if you have any links you’d like to share or would be good to add then please do let me know. The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links (is that the right word?) And any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of MN filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!
If you have any referral links then please post on this thread:

Are there any look fantastic codes please? I remember someone putting a few on a thread but I can't remeber which one. I've tried searching but nothing comes up

If you click on the first post of this thread, there’s a link to the referrals thread 🥰

For those waiting for the Anrthoperks voucher, were you aware that it's a separate sign up? I got a 10% discount when signing up initially, then signed up for the perks and got the £20 voucher a few days later. I've also got a 15% off discount as it's my birthday tomorrow but I doubt they'd all stack.

Is it a discount code or referral code you’re looking for?

I can send you a referral link or if you’re an existing customer try LFGRAB22 for 22% off.

To save you all time and I wish I had read the terms first- the abthroperks £20 off is off ONE item. So I had put £20 worth in my basket and it only took off £5. Swapped it all out for a dishoom giftset which was £28 so £12 delivered after discount (which still feels on the pricier end for 3 jars of chutney but I am sure they will be nice and they look well packed.). I've bought the cookbook off vinted for under £10 delivered so a decent looking gift for around £20.

TheBigBagBabes · 18/11/2025 16:05

My anthro code also took 3 days, I ordered a jelly cat latte bag charm, it was £7 with delivery and it’s on its way to me

If anyone is after rugby boots theres a crazy deal on the Canterbury site.

Boots are already heavily reduced then it takes another 70% off at checkout!!! I’ve just managed to get four pairs for under £35 with delivery!

thanks for this. Got two pairz for £67.50 instead of £250. Can get an extra 10% off via discount for carers

IlovePond · 18/11/2025 16:21

I did the Anthtoperks right - they just don’t want me to have the voucher😹

Aw no worries! Glad you managed to get some at a bargain price. It must have been a glitch this morning when I ordered the four pairs for just under £35. I’m thinking they’ll probably cancel my order x

I am massively disappointed with FunkoPop.

I decided to splurge on the Pop Yourself thing - where you can customise Funko Pops - to do one of DH and I as a surprise.

Well they delivered the bloody thing in a bright sky blue box with “Pop! Yourself” branding in HUGE letters all over it. You absolutely couldn’t miss it. Of course DH received the parcel, so it is now blatantly obvious what it is.

At £85 it wasn’t cheap, and to top it off it’s not even well done. The mock-up looked like us, but the actual characters are different enough from the mock-up that they just look random. And they are not packaged the same way in the box as regular funko pops - they are sort of shrunk-wrapped to the backing cardboard, so don’t present well.

They are not even returnable as customised items are excluded from returns 😏

Anyone got 10-11 and or 12–13 year old girls? I need to buy for my nieces and am so out of touch as my kids are older now.

Budget around £25-30 each. Any suggestions welcomed! In the past I’ve bought them pop star stuff, craft kits and books but fear that might not cut the mustard now….

XMAS25 takes £20 off full price items.

Thank you, unfortunately that code isn't working for me, but I've found some on ebay for less than celtic & Co charge for postage. I don't know if the quality will be the same but I'm going to give them a try.

I just tried but apparently I'm already an Anthroperks member 🤷🏻‍♀️ Makes me wonder if I missed a £20 voucher at the time.

HBD for tomorrow @Lidlisthebusiness

Mine are a similar age. I've made them mini hampers with a couple of books, cosy socks, a mug and hot chocolate. You could add a few other bits like a nice bath bomb too.

TheBigBagBabes · 18/11/2025 17:08

Hi, does anyone know any discount codes for hotel chocolat? Or whether they usually do a Black Friday deal? DS has asked for some nice chocolates so I’m thinking of getting the big box

I normally stick to posting bargains, but need some help! Have late 30s/early 40s SIL as my secret santa. Lives a long way away so we barely see her. She likes high end beauty, but the budget is £30. Help!

Arewesureitisntbedtime · 18/11/2025 17:18

@fishfingersandchipsagain you've just reminded me that I placed an order and still haven't received it. Has anyone else not had their funko pop orders?

I’d probably go for a Dior lip oil. Light to post too!

GiddyDog · 18/11/2025 17:32

Someone was looking for the jellycat Snow globe? Anthropologie have restocked it and a couple of others and if you have the £20 anthroperks code it'll come down from £35 to £15 + p&p.
The £20 off seems to apply to one item only so only worth using on a single item that costs more than that! I've ordered the jellycat star for £8.95 inc p&p for my niece then used the birthday code for separate order which gives 15% off and free express postage for works secret Santa.
And now I'm unsubscribing because they are the spammiest site by far!

Fuckingfuckssake · 18/11/2025 17:38

Does anyone know what the Kindle Scribe is likely to come down to for BF? Don’t need a lot of memory.

I placed 2 orders.

One arrived in full (in an unbranded box) and the custom one arrived in the branded box, but nothing else has arrived from that order.

If they’re into it, skincare and make up is always well received.

When my niece was 11 or 12 I gave her a first skin care set with face wash and reusable cotton pads, make up wipes, day and night moisturiser plus a vitamin C serum.

The last few years have been make up from elf but this year I think I’m going to get some Korean skincare products. I listen out for products the apprentices/assistants at work mention and then go for those!
