@redjokerI’ve found bohomoon to be good for being tarnish free - my DD has a bracelet from there she got early this year, that she wears daily, and it’s showing no sign of tarnishing, which i’ve been impressed with. they have lots in their black friday sale too

@redjoker I wear double earrings and necklace from Abbots Lyon in the shower, swimming etc every day. Never take them off, never tarnished. They always have good sales too.

My bank (Lloyds) is offering 15% cashback for Abbott Lyon at the moment, it’s something you do have to activate though.

I got the M&S one last year. very nice but could be a bit thick. Worth a look just careful how you wash it I seem to have lost a bit of length on the sleeves.

Home Bargains have some sweet bits, like the panda biscuits. Might have more but it’s not something I’ve ever particularly looked for.

Could you just put a smart bulb (or whatever they’re called) in a standard lamp and then you can dim it from your phone? Or you can buy the ones that have a little remote control to change colour and brightness.

Does it need to be a traditional dressing gown or would she use a towelling poncho? We have them for after paddle-boarding, mine is by RED equipment about £30 but there’s cheaper alternatives in places like Mountain Warehouse

@Cuwins , for our little ones we used a Hue Go - and still do as a bedside light now they’re older. They’re always plugged in, very occasionally use them unplugged. Not sure if they meet all your criteria but they’ve been perfect for us. Can use the app to change the brightness, get it to gradually dim as they go to sleep, change colour when it’s bedtime or morning.

Just realized you may not be looking for a child’s size @Toooldforlonghair ! Either way, I have a similar one from JL that I use for the same purpose and love. It’s about a decade old and is still fairly soft.
