@ITSSSSCHRISTMASSS I'm waiting for a call from Amazon now but C Service are really busy.
This is getting ridiculous now. All the delivery updates have suddenly appeared, but no delivery.

I don’t have the bandwidth to deal with it atm, we are a house full of bugs atm. I’ve taken a load of screenshots, plus I have the transcript of my complaint yesterday and confirmation I’m getting a refund.

Im hoping they get a black mark against their shop as it’s ridiculous what they are doing, if they oversold or the prices were a mistake, just own it.

I agree. I wish I had the transcript of my conversation on Saturday promising a refund.

@zacsGranny @ITSSSSCHRISTMASSS you can dispute the payment with the bank if customer service won't help! I had this with Sarah Raven earlier this year (claiming things arrived when they hadn't - always after I'd asked where the hell my parcel was) and the bank refunded me. Sarah Raven tried to quibble but lost (I imagine because so many people disputed their payments).

Same, no discernible difference quality-wise between Connetix and Desire Deluxe. I just bought a Used-like new box from Amazon. DD is forever trying to build larger castles.

I had an email to say my jumper was "lost" and I would get a refund. After seeing all your posts this morning I went onto the amazon app and it said delivery was delayed until tomorrow. I clicked on the contact seller button which took me to a chat bot which confirmed that a refund was issued on 15/10. My credit card app is down so I can't check if I've had the refund but I've taken a screen shot of the chat bot confirmation just in case I need to go to customer services.

I spent mine on booze and Christmas chocolate!!

OK - update.
Just spoken to a lovely Customer Services guy and explained the situation. The refund was cancelled - he thinks by the seller as they are claiming it was delivered.
Neither he or his manager can do a refund to my card, but they can refund on an Amazon Gift Card, which the seller can't cancel.
They have also upped the amount to compensate me, so I'm actually in credit!

Urgh I've just checked my Amazon jumper order which has now updated to say it was delivered on 9th Oct. I spoke to CS on Saturday who said I was being refunded. I think I already got it but my banking app is down so I can't check it at the mo. Slimy gits
