Ocado Christmas Slots Released

Was browsing for this week’s shopping and noticed the Christmas slots were available, so not sure if they were released today or before. We have a Smart Pass so not sure if the slots are available generally yet or only to pass holders.

I’ve booked my slot this morning after having the email with the free delivery code yesterday.

But is anyone else having issues with the order? My order value is showing up
as over £200, when it should be £150ish.

I’ve worked out that although it has the little red sign that shows a product is on offer in the top left of items when they are in the basket, they are actually charging me full price for all items when I checkout - even things like Cravendale milk that are always on multi buy offer.

They usually still honour offers on Christmas deliveries don’t they? I’ve never noticed this issue before.

I’ve noticed this before. It does seem to sort itself out nearer the time (when you go in to edit a short while before). Must be something to do with the offers in place now not necessarily being valid nearer the time. They’d be better just showing the non offer price as you add things to the Christmas ‘trolley’ because it is confusing!

Got mine booked just now! For 23rd, that's the closest I've ever gotten to Christmas Day, normally it's 20th or 21st. No doubt I'll go back and edit the order multiple times. Oops forgot to add the voucher for free delivery!

I’m a Smart Pass holder and haven’t received any emails with vouchers - just text messages about the Christmas slots. I’ve just booked a slot for 22nd and will have to argue the £10 with them at some point 🙄

Me too. I didn’t get an email with the free delivery code last year but was sent a code when I phoned customer services.

I have a midweek Smart Pass. My email about Christmas deliveries definitely doesn't have a voucher to cover the delivery cost. Same last year. Is it just an Anytime Pass perk? Anyway, no complaints here as I got my chosen day. Never had any issues with this delivery. I edit it on and off all the way through to the cutoff and leave enough time to go to a real life supermarket (shudder) if I actually have to.

Ditto. Nothing at all on the day of the 23rd available. I agree with @SeptemberNCing something has gone wrong somewhere.

There were some available on 23rd when it opened for me, but only the really antisocial times. Same for my mother, who has an anytime pass and a regular weekly slot so I also think something has gone wrong as I’d expect regular shoppers like her to get more of a priority.

I had an email this afternoon to say I could book tomorrow. Just happened to go on this evening and I was able to book for 24 Dec at 9.30am! Good luck 🤞🏻
