Saw my Mum a few weeks ago (she doesn't live in Uk) and she was admiring my summer sandals. Nothing fancy just cheap ones from Shoe Zone but mega comfy. Went in shoe zone today and they are on sale. That's one of DM's presents done. Her birthday is Boxing Day so double pressies needed!

There are also lots of small stocking filler type items for all ages in our local Flying Tiger as they make room for their Autumn range (lots of rather nice and reasonably priced Mushroom themed stuff). Not sure if the reductions apply to all branches.

Amazon have 20%‐30% off selected lego sets, but it only lasts for another 3 hours. Two of the Minecraft movie lego sets are reduced by 30%, along with the armadillo house. The crafting table has 27% off. Some Star Wars lego is also reduced.

Can I ask a question about the endoscope camera things that loads of people bought last year - are they easy to use? Neither DH or I are very high tech but I think it'd be really useful for him as he loves tinkering around with his car and motorbike. Thanks in advance.

Very easy to connect and use. Just a word of warning, DH (and the DDs) spend more time than I would like looking into their ears and noses.

Oh this is such a shame. I'm trying to be mindful of not 'buying for the sake of buying' this year as I'm a bit of a hoarder. I've been sitting on my hands so far and we still have a few months to go, but I'm determined as I've been there so many times.

Got a beautifully soft hooded dressing gown from John Lewis in the sale for a Christmas gift for a relative. Down from £50 to £15, appears to have sold out online but there might be some in the stores if anyone is on the look out for one. The name of it is Cece.

Not very Christmassy I know but stumbled across this in the Asda sale! It’s cheap at £9 anyway for king size but they have a 50% offer on certain home & electricals so it takes it down to £4.50 when you add to basket!

I paid with PayPal who are currently offering 20% cashback for George.com so I will be having it for £3.60!!

There’s like a thing to activate on your PayPal each time. I’ve been using it for a while but I noticed it’s got to be activated each time to track properly

@Wishing14i got my daughter a Barbie dream house for her fourth birthday, she’s five now and still likes it but I am glad I got it second hand off of Facebook as i would have begrudged paying the full amount for how much use she has actually got out of it. Plus they are massive 😆

I’ve been doing a lot of boots orders with having my new baby on Friday. Was kicking myself when I figured it out. I did notice it sometimes takes a while to clear into balance. Other times it’s quite quick

Got my third and the last of my Haul orders yesterday. I have mentioned before that I did cross reference a lot of the things on Temu before ordering to check reviews, but I’m really pleased . Only one thing ( long garlands for wreath making were of really poor quality and to be honest would have probably been ok had they not packed them in as tiny a plastic bag as possible and then taped them to oblivion) . However Amazon gave me a full refund on these and said to keep them ,so I will unpack all four of them and I’m sure with my trusty glue gun can make them usable .

Household bits like disposable gloves that I use for cleaning , pop up laundry basket , magnetic curtain tie backs, gift tags that all cost pennies were as expected, I also found some disposable bin bags for the car that we used to use when the children were young and I haven’t seen for years which will be handy for holidays and days out .

The stocking fillers though were all fab , and although sold out now , I will definitely be looking at other things if another big offer comes up
