Does anyone know where I might he able to get a tiny Jellycat bunny please? They appear to have been retired. My daughter is desperate for one to complete a "family". Don't want to pay mad Vinted prices.

There's some on Vinted if you search tiny jellycat bunny. One is currently on for £9.99 with quite a lot of watchers.

Jellycat have been having stock issues since at least May, a retailer told my DH they should be back in July but no luck yet - I've got an alert set up on the jellycat official website for the bunny I'm after. Might be worth having a look and seeing if the one you're after is on there and will let you do that?

Wellwhoknewthat · 30/07/2025 19:18

@Scout2016 if you're anywhere near wakehurst place you could try their shop - huge stock of jellycat in general when i was there about a month ago

Really? I've totally missed that one some how. Must have gone bunny blind.

Good idea thanks @PlanBea didn't know you could do that.

Check independent gift shops & florists, I see them all the time, my DDs are always trying to get me to buy them. I managed to find the one my dd wanted a couple of years ago in a gift shop in Glasgow.

Orelia have quite a good sale on. I've never bought from there but it looks good for teens.

one for little ms Rachel fans. Suprise box for £10, seems to be £25-30 everywhere else

fisher price little people horse stable. £10 which is a good price, cheapest I’ve seen elsewhere was about £16. It’s only available for click and collect but quite a few stores have some left.

Jellycat’s been in the news lately for abandoning tons of independent retailers for not being up to their standards, so you might struggle to find them in the usual places from now on.

That's what Jelly Cat are saying but one of our local independents have had their contract cut and it's a beautiful store full of steiff, bukowskis and Charlie bears. It's a high quality store with a high football. I'm not sure what is going on at Jelly Cat but their prices have rocketed and they seem to care more about their 'amusables collection' than their original market of high quality, super soft kids cuddlies. I think their bubble might burst at some point once their new customer base moves on.

KerfuffleShuffle · 31/07/2025 13:39

Has anyone ordered from maqio.com for toys? Never really heard of them before but seems to be good deals and also sells bit that have been recently retired.

Agree 100%. I suspect this will shoot them in the foot. (My use of standards was a bit sarcastic in my post I guess). I’m going to boycott them - but you don’t get much of a choice when your little ones want to finish a collection!

Seconded - never had any problems with Maqio.

On one of these posts last year someone recommended little iq puzzle board game things for kids, can anyone remember what they were called? I know it would be perfect for a birthday we've got coming up

Smart games? IQ Puzzler pro is the most well known but they have a huge range.

Icanneverthinkofausername · 31/07/2025 19:20

Thank you so much, that's exactly the one I was thinking of!

MerylSqueak · 31/07/2025 23:51

Does anyone know what the best discount on KitchenAid is likely to be? 30% seems quite frequent but does it ever drop more ?

Looking for DD's 18th birthday present. Squee!

smootholive · 01/08/2025 06:31

@MerylSqueak If she’s not after a specific one and doesn’t mind the classic over the artisan then Costco is selling one. I think it was around £179 in store in a grey colour.

I love Maqio - at the moment they've got a load of discounted advent calendars in their christmas bits sale and a free uno with £40 spend!

for kitchenaid have you tried ecookshop - they do sometimes go more than 30% but thats about it at the moment but I can vouch for them as a decent place to buy from

Free Brazilian Bum Bum cream (25ml) on the John Lewis treats today, might be a good stocking/advent filler if you can get one.

Had anyone any suggestions for a wooden dolls house for a soon to be 3 year old?
