• We are off to my sisters. She is recently divorced and my brother is away.

SD will leave early ish and possibly my husband.

So it will just be the 5 females most of the day. (Which will be strange as we had my brother, dad, grandparents and aunt and uncles around all day / night when we were kids).

DD has gone to her BF's parents, so just me, DH and DM. My DM isn't easy, so we'd both be happier if it was just the two of us. Families!

DH and DS - we're doing the big family thing at New Year. Tbh, it suits us. It's been an insanely exhausting year. DS has autism and is burnt out from school. DH works like a dog. I think we're all looking forward to blobbing out on the sofa and watching Wallace and Gromit....

Nobody. On my own this year. Planning a day of complete relaxation.

Will Facetime adult DC and partners. Some are working, some are away. We will all meet at NY. Not fussed when we meet, I've never got the hype about 25/12.

Apparently my brother and I were once ill at Christmas, too young to know the date, so our parents just delayed it by a few days. Another year we did it early to fit round my DFs work.

But just DH tomorrow is great, he's my favourite person in the world.

Just me, DH and DD tomorrow. Unfortunately multiple people illnesses have trashed our wider family plans. Hopefully everyone will be well enough for a meet-up later in the week.

DD is a little under the weather but recovering so we'll do our best with tomorrow. She'll have presents under the tree and we'll play some games and break out some of her new toys so hopefully she won't be too fussed. Probably won't bother with a roast (the meat is at someone else's house anyway although I could raid the freezer for some chicken breasts or something). DD doesn't particularly enjoy a roast so doesn't seem worth the effort just for DH and I. Might meet in the middle and do sausages, veg and roast potatoes. Will see how we all feel tomorrow!
