• We are off to my sisters. She is recently divorced and my brother is away.

SD will leave early ish and possibly my husband.

So it will just be the 5 females most of the day. (Which will be strange as we had my brother, dad, grandparents and aunt and uncles around all day / night when we were kids).

Just DH, DS and I on the morning. DM and Gran are coming for dinner and then DH, DS and I will be going to my other nan’s so will be both of my dads parents and their partners, my dad, step mum, sisters and aunt and uncle.

Just DH and we are away in our motorhome. Blended family and some of our now grown up kids are also blended families so many people to see/please. We do a day early December and invite all kids, grandkids, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews et al then they don't have to think omg what to do about mum/dad at Xmas. We have our family day then they can do whatever without feeling guilty that we might want to be invited 😁 currently in pub enjoying an Aperol Spritz

Mum 87, my 2 siblings( late 50s) and their spouses and their 4 adult children in their 20s plus one of their gfs, and my son and his wife( early 30s). One sibling is hosting but the others are bringing starters and puddings. Some are already staying there, others arriving tomorrow and we will stay the night. Looking forward to a great day.

Just me, my partner, my dogs and my cats. Bliss.

On my own for some dh will go out for and hour or 2 maybe go work depending on how busy it is

My husband, myself, our 14 year old son, SIL and my parents tomorrow and then Boxing Day, we're off for a meal at a local hotel!

The cousins and uncle and one aunt only arrive late afternoon.

It's strangely soothing, reading these. It's nice that pretty much everybody seems happy, ranging from the enormous family Christmases, to the women chilling out with just their cat!

I'll be with mom and dad. First Christmas as a single woman so that's a little sad, but so pleased I still have mom and dad around - determined to treasure each year that remains.

My daughter comes back to me on the 27th, so we will have our bigger family Christmas then - and various visits with family and friends booked in between then and New Year.

I'm very lucky, I know.

Mine is just as big but we alternate years - 13 at ours on sunday.

Tomorrow is today where I am. DH, our friends and their family.
