What Xmas presents have you bought yourself, or plan to?

One of the things that I absolutely LOVE about being single is the time on Xmas Eve and Day that I get to surf the 'net and shop for bargain price goodies for myself. I put away money every month in a savings account throughout the year to buy gifts for people - but mostly for me! 😂

Last year I bought myself a DAB radio/CD player for the kitchen; this year a laptop and a new phone. I've also hit Boots as that's amazing and has 20% off online only order atm - so I bought a new MAC foundation brush and some make-up - now holding fire for the reduced perfume gift sets...😈😁

What do you get yourself?

Got my eye on a cashmere jumper in the sales.
Got a Xmas bonus so won't affect 2025 budget

I've bought myself; some Molton Brown products, an anthropology candle and a liberty print. I also got my ears pierced. I'm 57 but they had healed over from piercing in 1990s.

Really random, but I am currently in Thailand and in Starbucks yesterday there was a mug that was a Starbucks/Miffy collab and it was around £13 equivalent and I just had to have it! Someone is selling them from Singapore on Ebay for about £60.

I have to choose my pressies from DH and so far he has bought me silver Arizona Birkenstocks. I also want some running shorts with a pocket on the leg (preferably right leg, why are they always on the left?!).

Not single here either, but me and DH always get ourselves a Christmas present (we buy decent ones for each other too, but it's nice to have a time in the year where you can be totally frivolous for yourself too)

Mine has been a blouse and cardigan from the mint velvet sale. I was trying to decide between them a few days before the sale, but then managed to get both for about the same price as one, so very pleased with that! My first "me" clothes after having a baby :)

Single lone parent.
The kids will get me something but I always buy myself a couple of things as well; something I've been wanting but a bit of a treat.
This year it's a pair of really good wet suit gloves and a clip on book lamp.

I've bought myself a l'occitane shay gift set . A large print I wanted , HC box, and books lots of books .

I think some people have been naughty and already opened gifts...just bought another new tracksuit with tags etc for £11 on Vinted...!!

Yes- I hardly ever find shoes I like (extra wide feet) and last month found 2 so I just decided the second would be my Xmas gift (first was essential as last pair developed a hole and only other shoes I own are trainers and flip flops 😁)

I bought myself some Sol de Janeiro shower gel and body oil. Love the scent and the shower gel feels so nice so treated myself to the litre bottle of it!

I bought myself some secondhand books and a Lakrids selection box.

Will be buying some paper A-Z maps and mini binoculars in the sale, I’ve worked very long hours to save money for a few weekends away on my own next year exploring and hiking.

A Tiffany necklace and some slip silk scrunchies. I got laid off and then luckily found another job, so I blew some of my severance package on myself.

Seasalt Janelle coat. £40 off in the sale. Waiting excitedly for it to arrive.

I always save up a bit to treat myself at Christmas and my birthday.
Often I get perfume /bubble baths etc but I am ok for those this year so I am looking for a decent necklace and a watch. Going to take my time but knowing I have set the money aside is my treat to myself

Just bought myself a vintage mulberry bag on vinted. As I have single handedly arranged, shopped and overall sorted Christmas I felt I deserved a treat.

I always get myself cheeky treats in December so that if I’m disappointed with gifts, I can console myself 😂

Gift has not disappointed from DH - a 100ml bottle of my favourite Jo Malone Vanilla and Golden Vetiver monogrammed with my initials.

About 5 night dress, socks, tights, makeup set, makeup brushes, bed slippers, swimming goggles, swimming cap some perfume

I got myself a patchwork quilt from Emma Bridgewater to go on my bed, plus a matching cushion and bunting. Also purchased a gold leather purse from Ellie Beaumont, plus some piano sheet music I’ve been wanting for a while.

I bought myself some new Bobbi Brown make up brushes and make up. I'm now putting my foundation on using a brush again and it feels good. I also bought some bronzer and eye liner (as I had run out and didn't really like the cheap one as much. It was okay just not wow).

Also a pair of new pj's but I don't like them much, they make me look like an American footballer, I know they're only pj's but still.

Plus some thermal tops and leggings
