White Fox - have I been scammed

Ordered a hoody for DNiece on 1st December from White Fox Boutique, standard Royal Mail delivery. Not had an email to say it has been shipped and no response to my email on when that might be.

No contact number for them and a seemingly spurious UK address for them.

reviews seem ok bar UK buyers who are having the same issue.

They aren’t cheap products either and I have a feeling I won’t be receiving the hoody or my money back. Paid apple pay and not on a credit card.

Have you checked your junk folder in case all their emails/ replies have gone there? That often catches me out!

Did you go to the website via a link, e.g through Facebook?

Was it definitely white fox official page? I think delivery takes ages as it's from Oz. I'd imagine they are swamped with orders at the time of year. If it's the official page, I wouldn't panic yet!

It says on the website items are shipped within 2 working days but I ordered on 26th Nov and didn't an email until the 3rd Dec saying it was shipped. Then delivered via Royal Mail on the 5th.

It was the ‘genuine’ uk website and not a link or anything like that. Shipping from the UK and not from aus.

I shall be patient and hope it’s just a backlog

I've ordered from White Fox in the past and never had a problem- hopefully just a glitch...

I ordered on 25th November - received it on 30th November. I ordered from the Uk site;

I had one email to confirm my order which went into my junk box and then nothing until it showed up at my door from Royal Mail lol

They're communication isn't great

I found their comms to be first class. Ordered a hoodie (White Fox UK) for my daughter on 6th Dec. Got an order confirmation email straight away, then a shipping email later that day (the evening of the 6th), then a Royal Mail email the next day (on the 7th) to say hoodie would be delivered on the 9th (and it was).

They’ve got a UK site now so won’t be coming from Oz.

As long as it's definitely the legit website it won't be a scam . I've ordered numerous times from their app and it's always arrived quickly. Most of their emails go in my junk though . I last ordered end of November and that took longer to come than previous because they had Black Friday back log . People are probably ordering now for Xmas and it's really busy .

Ordered from them in November and received the hoodie 2 days later.

I ordered from the UK website on 25th November and they sent a confirmation email. They semt an email on 30th Nov to say it was being prepared for shipping then any further communication was from Royal Mail. Item was delivered on 1st December. I would keep trying to contact them as it may be an issue with your specific order.

Sympathies, OP. I ordered at the beginning of November for a birthday that month. It never arrived and they eventually concluded it was out in the post and ordered me another on Nov 27th. Nothing has happened with that order, no tracking information showing, they haven't responded to emails. I have just requested a refund via PayPal, so frustrated and annoyed with their terrible customer service.

Check you actually completed the order! I did this recently and it hadn't gone through.

You'll know if it's the real thing as you'll be inundated with emails! I ordered something at the end of October, and I think they've emailed me every other day since

I ordered from the U.K. site on 29th November and it was delivered on the 2nd December. Is your order showing on the website in your history ?

If they use royal mail, I wouldn't hold my breath. In our area anyway, we get delivery every 10 days or so. It's really dire, and many items lost our turning up months later.

November last year I made a post. Had lots of issues with an order.

They now post from the UK within a week.

Customer Services still shit though.

I ordered on 25th and it was dispatched on Dec 1. I think it may just be the Black Friday backlog still. I've ordered quite a few times from them and never had an issue but never had to test out their customer service!

A lot of places seem to be struggling to fulfil orders this year, aside from the usual postage struggles. My Black Friday Oodie order got lost in transit and Oodie had an eight working day turnaround for responding to emails, so I'm about three weeks on and still waiting for them to finish their investigations with RM and refund. It seems like they can't handle the influx of orders.

First order with them took ages to come. The second, a couple of weeks back, arrived really quickly. Customer service is not good though.

Because they now post from the UK. Last Christmas was chaotic.

@oreyt - my first order wasn’t last Xmas. It was a couple of months back.

This is the website I purchased from. I’ve emailed them but no response to that and it says don’t send multiple emails or you will go to the bottom of the pile essentially!

Money came out of my bank on the day of ordering.
