It’s happening to me right now and I MUST be contained!!!

that last minute panic that everything you have bought is rubbish so you buy loads of shite to replace it and go insane!!!!!

I decided my poor 14 year old son had no fun stuff in his gift pile and have now bought 3 extra FUN gifts

I've twitched this year. Ordered another £100 worth of stuff... Today is my last day for ordering to get everything wrapped in time because of work, so hopefully that is it. Only 2 people to finish buying for but that is planned stuff not panic buying, and I hope it stays that way...

a few days ago son1 mentioned both he and DIL would like a popcorn machine if I needed anymore tree present, I didn’t put that didn’t stop me. Something needed for DS2 and DD

then today it occurred to me you can’t have a popcorn maker with out popcorn, so onto amazon I go, did you know you can get flavourings for popcorn ( jars of stuff you sprinkle on ) so a gift sample pack added to popcorn and did you know you can get these cute plastic tubs like you get at the movies ! Got that as well 😁

now do I need something else for the other 2 🤷🏼‍♀️

I twitched at 5am. A gift set that is very good value at Boots has been out of stock. It was there! I blew my hard saved points on two for Dd and dil and bought one for me. That’s it. No more.

I’ve been exceptionally good with everything this year. I can feel the twitch brewing but I’ve had a plan all year. I’m trying to loose weight so I’ve deliberately not bought any chocolates or selection box’s yet as I’d just keep eating them when the kids are in bed if I buy them early. So I’m waiting as long as I can hold off and then I’m going to buy all the chocolates and sweets as close to Christmas Day as I can. I’m hoping this will satisfy any itch I get.

He doesn't have a musical bone in his body & the dogs will go crazy if they hear the noise

I am desperately trying NOT to order my wife musical spoons… she has never expressed a remote interest in playing the spoons, but I feel like she neeeeeds them…
