Fahol bracelets...arrived?

I bought 5 of the Fahol tracking bracelets in the Black Friday offer. Probably 10 days ago. Has anyone else's arrived? They said they have been sent but the number is not trackable! Which is quite funny considering. Also they email and text me incessantly! When or if they arrive I will need to block all the constant messages.

I ordered 2 free ones and paid for one on the 28th of November I got a tracking number the other day saying it should be here by the 28th of December. I'm in Ireland mine is coming from America.

I ordered 3 in November and no sight of them yet. I emailed for a tracking update and they replied to say they are rushed off their feet but would email when they have shipped!! Still nothing

I ordered two on the 28th of November and they arrived on Friday 8th Dec.

Also ordered 2 on the 28th and they arrived Fri 8th. Might actually order more in due course for birthdays but their marketing is too much, am blocking it.

Mines due to come this week. Facebook message to check shipping if it’s not showing. My first order the number was different to what I was given. First order for my daughter’s birthday took forever! Went to Germany rather than Australia! So took over 5 weeks. This one ordered Black Friday and should be here today/tomorrow.

I ordered two black Friday week to be delivered to Sweden but no sign of them yet. A couple of days later I ordered one for my Godson in the UK and it arrived about 4 days later.

I've only just heard of these bracelets. I'm intrigued as to how they work and what happens if your animal dies. Are these animals fitted with actual trackers?

The bracelet doesn't do anything- it comes with a postcard with a QR code for "your" animal.

My Black Friday ones arrived on Saturday & after asking the customer service refunded the weird extra postage to Scotland.

I ordered 2 separate lots, the earlier order wasn’t despatched for about a week after the second order. Both arrived fine within 4/5 days of despatch but they were via Royal Mail so untrackable until delivery was attempted.

Bought them for teachers as they have been learning about animals. Also got some for the kids but they’re going to be way too big for them.

I got an email a few days back with a big explanation of how overwhelmed they were and apologising for delays. By now I’ve decided to give mine to my dd for her birthday in a couple of months, if it ever arrives!

I've had half an order- which I had to chase. Now I've chased the second half with multiple emails - which were ignored. Now I've had a message! With far to many exclamation marks! Telling me a tracking number should appear in a day or two! Which sounds total bollocks!

I kept emailing and also I went through FB messenger. The tracking number never worked but I kept on and they suddenly appeared! I think they were overwhelmed by our mumsnet Christmas purchases Grin

I just got another message saying they won’t arrive in time. I just feel bad for them, they must have been so excited for a good Christmas season and it’s clearly been a nightmare for them!

I received one for Christmas this morning and asked DH how long it took to arrive because I was thinking of one for my friend who has a January birthday but typically, he can't remember.
It is lovely though and comfy to wear, hope yours arrive soon.

Sorry, I meant we have got them but when we zapped the QR code the animals were last know to tracked in Oct. But disappointed as I thought it would be more regular than that.

I think it’s meant to be more regular tracking. I’ll update when we look as and let you know when ours were last tracked. Which did you choose? We have turtle and penguin.
